Encyclopedic Value?[edit]

I'm not sure of the encyclopedic value of including empty tables-having the header info available doesn't seem a good enough reason to me. They could be more tidily displayed in lists until we have the information necessarily-some more anyway. 86.183.175.106 (talk) 09:51, 8 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I would have to disagree with you - the article makes clear that it is a current event, so it is clear to the reader that the information hasn't been released yet.--Launchballer 11:18, 8 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

First Week Dances[edit]

Can people please stop changing the Week One dances of those performing the Jive and Tango. People are just making assumptions that the programme will be unchanged from last year, which is pretty unlikely really. Nobody has any proof or source that the couple are dancing the Jive or Tango in week 2, we just need to face facts that the programme has changed this year. The only real proof I have that 4 types of dance will feature in week 1 is that the sources we're using for each dance (the Strictly "first steps" videos) are surely about the couples first dance. I don't think the BBC will release what dances the couples are doing in Week 2 until the first live show is over.

Thanks a lot, Mybrainistotallymassive (talk) 13:07, 20 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

New format for weekly table[edit]

I have tweaked the format for the weekly tables and added a Leaving couple section (below the judges votes which should be last names), that way we can put bottom two in the table for both couples and put the eliminated couple in the Leaving couple section. --MSalmon (talk) 08:51, 5 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Spoiling the results[edit]

Can we please try not to post the results of the eliminations before they have aired, otherwise they will be removed. --MSalmon (talk) 21:42, 5 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Week 7 Spoiler[edit]

The week 7 spoiler was posted, so I edited it out. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.143.206.89 (talk) 16:19, 10 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Goodman's non-voting[edit]

It actually makes more sense to write what he would have said, as it would be good to maintain a record of this. I do find it slightly odd that this page refuses (indeed, my edit was reverted earlier) to include this, whereas other shows with similar formats (X Factor, Eurovision to a lesser extent) do include them. I completely agree. Who keeps deleting it? But we need to be consistent and put it on the other series' as well. Mybrainistotallymassive (talk) 10:09, 20 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I have updated Series 7, 10 and 11 to this new format, and the completed sections of Series 6. PLEASE NOBODY CHANGE THE NEW DANCE OFF FORMAT Mybrainistotallymassive (talk) 16:29, 20 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Listing of celebrities after elimination[edit]

Why are the celebrities listed with the first to be eliminated at the top, and the winner at the bottom, it makes no sense! Surely it should be the winner at the top and the first to leave at the bottom. Reli source (talk) 20:30, 8 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Your Song[edit]

Should be marked "from Moulin Rouge, after all Ewan McGregor isn't actually singing the song? The orchestration matters more. 109.145.23.142 (talk) 19:53, 21 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I was listing it as the BBC site had it listed, but I suppose that would make sense. - StigOfTheKrump (talk)

RFC impacting this page[edit]

Hey! I've recently opened an RFC regarding some of the colours used in the scoring chart for this and several other articles. You can find the discussion here - please feel free to share your thoughts. Thanks! Remagoxer (talk) 01:35, 28 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
