Please work your desired additions into the existing text. Removing the manual of style edits and links to existing and potential articles by completely overwriting the article is not helpful. The article is also still completely unsourced. Facts in Wikipedia articles need to be cited using reliable sources. If you need help, please ask here. Katr67 (talk) 16:16, 23 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Somebody recently numbered the references. I'm guessing this was a preliminary step toward making inline citations? If so -- the way you've chosen to number them is unconventional, but will work. If you want to just add unformatted citation numbers into the text (like [1], [2] etc.), I will watch for that, and convert it into more standard Wikipedia formatting. That way you don't have to learn all the nuances of wikiformatting citations, which can be a bit of a pain. -Pete (talk)
Yes I am the one who provided more information to the Warner Mountain page. It is looking much better. I also just did an edit on the Nevada-California-Oregon railroad to add some information on the architecture of the buildings. Yes I numbered the references on the Warner Mountain page with the idea of putting them in the text where they belong but I can't figure out how to do it. But I will try to do it the simple way you suggest up there and then maybe you can fix it up. Thanks. MRA
Thanks for providing the inline citations. I just adjusted the formatting. Going forward, if you want to add citations to the same sources, you can just add the following codes at the end of the sentences, and it will link to the appropriate citation.
