I took the trouble to use Google Translate on the source for the hook fact (all the cited sources are in Swedish, which I don't speak) and, while it states that Jutbring won the competition as stated, it does not mention her sending photos to the magazine. Most of the other criteria (QPQ, lengths, newness at time of nomination, BLP compliance except for following statement) seem to be met, but good faith in the foreign language citations is also a bit compromised by this. (I did not check for plagiarism or close paraphrasing because I don't know the extent to which they apply to foreign language sources.) Sincerely, SamBlob (talk) 08:02, 23 January 2014 (UTC)
