I am a new-page reviewer and I am encouraged to call attention to new articles that contain questionable points of view. (POV) Instead of placing the tag identifying your newly created article as having a questionable point of view, I attempted to edit it to meet the Wikipedia guidelines for POV. My intention is to make the article to appear more neutral and encyclopedic. I hope I didn't change the meaning of the article because I do not have expertise in foreign policy. I added a few more references to support your article. I am an editor and I like to create articles, too. Please let me know if you do not like what I did to the article.

Regards,
