Hi, the {{hangon}} tag would have saved the article International Association for Information and Data Quality from being deleted. You could start again on your own user page, or a sub-page e.g. User:BlueMoses/International Association for Information and Data Quality or User:BlueMoses/Sandbox. If you want to retrieve the work that you had done already, leave an un-deletion request at WP:REFUND and somebody will probably move it back to your user space anyway. This is REALLY FRUSTRATING. This is not the first time I have tried posting an article for IAIDQ. We are a large international article, with references to us from other Wikipedia articles, with wide respect in the International Community. And each time I try writing an article it gets deleted before I get started. I tried reading the areticle about using a sandbvox to write an article but it is all double dutch and I just cannot follow it.

I have tried to follow Wikipedia articles and follow the rules, yet my work is deleted while still in progress. I DID INSERT {{hangon}} but this was also deleted along with the article.

I am really put out. I give up.

I just came across this file which you uploaded in 2008. Can you confirm that you are the author (Robert Bicknell)? Perhaps by wikilinking to your user page.
