Citations[edit]

Hi there! I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all the work you've been doing adding reliable independent citations to comics character articles, something which has been badly needed since forever. It's important to have citations for "other media" appearances - especially when actors are named - but in my opinion it is even more important to build and cite publication history sections for every character, and you have been busily doing both for a while, so again thank you and keep up the good work! BOZ (talk) 04:12, 7 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again! I want to say again love what you have been doing with the "publication history" and "in other media" sections of various character articles. The article for Talos the Skrull was redirected as a result of AFD, and a deletion review failed to overturn it, but if you have any more sources to add (especially now that he appeared in a second film in a cameo role) based on the most recent available version of his article, let me know and we will see what we can do about getting that article into a condition where it can be restored. BOZ (talk) 17:29, 3 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Do you have any sources that can be used to improve Kurse? BOZ (talk) 02:58, 2 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Excellent work as always. :) Now, if you would be interested in another "restoration" project, I just started Draft:Kraglin to see if we can get his article going again. I think it would be silly to have him in the What If show, and probably in GotG 3, and have no article for him. :) BOZ (talk) 04:25, 3 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Do you see anything that would be useful to improve either Crazy Gang (comics) or Dark Riders (comics)? BOZ (talk) 16:25, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

We've had quite a few comics articles coming up for deletion lately per Wikipedia:WikiProject Comics/Article alerts, but of them all I think that Eternity (comics) may have the best shot at proving its notability; do you see anything that could improve it? BOZ (talk) 22:13, 12 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

How about anything for Moses Magnum? BOZ (talk) 23:49, 21 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
i tried to find good citations, unfortunately his lack of notoriety is problem. Unlike a character like Eternity, he is only mentioned in passing or decribed as a "C-list villian", at best he used suggestion for Black Panther 2 or Luke Cage as a potential villian. only this [1] goes into some detail. So unless he appears in a future MCU movie, there isn't much. The citation that's already on the page is also not super helpful. CarciaNullius (talk) 01:28, 22 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Gotcha, thanks for checking. You never know what the future will hold! BOZ (talk) 03:54, 22 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there! Would you mind taking a look to see if there are any good sources for Noh-Varr? BOZ (talk) 22:20, 1 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Wow, do you use some kind of crawling tool to find all these, or are you just a Google super-user? You should train some disciples! Heh. Anyway, I'd like to echo BOZ's thanks.
Since you bothered contributing so much to the articles for Eternity and Noh-Varr, would you consider weighing in on their respective AfD discussions to ensure your work on them is not removed? I'm fairly confident they will survive at this point, but I thought Eternity would survive the first listing, and then it got relisted twice and received more Merge votes. Sor additional support can't hurt. They are here: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Eternity (comics) and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Noh-Varr. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2pou (talkcontribs) 16:21, 5 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Just wanted to say thanks again, you helped the Eternity AFD close as "keep". :) I wish we could save more of these character articles, but saving any at all is an accomplishment to be honest. BOZ (talk) 12:56, 6 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there! Do you have anything that could be used to improve the sourcing on Sons of the Tiger? BOZ (talk) 23:21, 29 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for doing what you can with that one. Are you able to find anything for either Vishanti or Umar (Marvel Comics)? BOZ (talk) 20:45, 7 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A lot of minor Marvel characters have been put for deletion recently, but I am thinking that Starjammers and Corsair (comics) have got to have some potential – do you see anything that can improve these articles? BOZ (talk) 16:03, 3 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The PRODs were removed from those articles, but based on past experience they are likely to go for AFD next, so if you can find anything for either of those (especially Starjammers) then that should help. BOZ (talk) 18:14, 3 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Do you have any sources that would help with Chthon (Marvel Comics)? BOZ (talk) 20:31, 15 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there! How about Imperial Guard (comics)? BOZ (talk) 16:25, 11 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
The article on the Imperial Guard was rebuilt from scratch, but could still use more sources if you have any. BOZ (talk) 03:21, 2 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Do you see anything good to help add sources on the Mindless Ones? BOZ (talk) 17:17, 6 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I hope you are doing well! :) I restored a few Timely/Atlas era characters recently, in case you have any additional sources to help strengthen their notability!: Challenger (comics), Thin Man (comics), Fin (comics), Father Time (Marvel Comics) and Masked Raider. :) BOZ (talk) 15:05, 21 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Long time no talk, I hope you are doing well! :) I restored Iron Maiden (Marvel Comics) after the Black Widow film was released, and Kamar-Taj was also restored a few years ago after the first Doctor Strange film came out, and if you have anything to help with notability for either of them that would help them be kept around around as articles in case anyone challenges them. :) BOZ (talk) 23:30, 14 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Or if not those, do you see anything good for Lilandra Neramani? BOZ (talk) 04:08, 18 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, good to see you at work. :) Do you see anything more for Boomerang (character), Abner Jenkins, Beetle (comics), and Chameleon (character)? Less importantly, how about Razorback (character), Bloodshed (character), and Ox (comics)? BOZ (talk) 20:09, 21 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Eternals[edit]

Do you have sources to improve the articles for the characters that will be appearing in The Eternals film? 2600:1700:E820:1BA0:4AF1:7FFF:FEE5:C031 (talk) 23:48, 21 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Merry Christmas![edit]

I'm wishing you a Merry Christmas, because that is what I celebrate. If you don't like Christmas or just don't celebrate it in any of its forms, then please accept a generic "Happy Holidays". If you celebrate no holidays at this time of year, then hopefully you will be satisfied with an even more generic "Season's Greetings".  :) BOZ (talk) 21:42, 23 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
