Thanks for the feedback

Thanks for the feedback you left on Outreach Wiki about the orientation for educators! The version you went through was the first draft that we used last term, but the current version now lives on Wikipedia: Wikipedia:Training/For educators. In broad strokes, it covers the same ground, but it's been refined quite a bit based on feedback from people who went through it (although much of your feedback is still relevant). Requesting your help

Hi Charbooth, I'm relatively new to Wikipedia as a user, so I'm not sure of all the protocols to communicate but I think the talk page is like where I can post messages, right?

I'm an English Language Development teacher in the LA area. I'm thinking of having my high school English class contribute/begin/edit some articles in Simple English. They are English Learners, so I think this would be less challenging, less crowded, and less high-stakes than the main English site. I haven't seen any other teachers doing the same with their students. Do you have any advice?

Also, would you be in a position to help our class (online, Skype conversation, etc) if our project goes forward?
