Apologies about the dosing and trade name, didn't realize that and appreciate your edits of those. Can I ask the reason for deleting "This may be because it reduces dopamine, a brain chemical associated with tobacco craving. Bupropion may also help quitting because it blocks the action of nicotine at the nicotine receptor; thus, smoking while using bupropion would be less satisfying" That would seem like good and understandable information for readers, no? - What references supported the bupropion bit? Would go in the section on pharmacodynamics. We already say "Bupropion is also known to act as a non-competitive antagonist of the α3β2, α3β4, α4β2, and, very weakly, α7 nACh receptors,[14][81]and these actions appear to be importantly involved in its beneficial properties not only in smoking cessation, but in depression as well." by the way.
