Beyoncé Knowles - Removed Info?

I see that among your edits you removed information I added regarding singles on her current album, I Am...Sasha Fierce. I originally noted their playing as new videos on the television music station BET on January 15, 2009 (my edit was, in GMT, 03:14, 16 January 2009). It seems your edit removed not only this reference, but ANY reference to the two new singles. Can you please explain their removal before I take the time to readd them? (I am asking first in case there's a valid reason here.) Thanks. CycloneGU (talk) 06:23, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

Hi. Thanks for dropping by. I am currently working an article so I am sorry to say that I cannot trace those edits of mine, as of now. However, if you would so kind, could you please provide me some diffs? Thanks a lot in advance. --Efe (talk) 06:30, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

GaGa

Excuse me! Do not critze me, whom do you think you are, I have had enough of you telling others what to do. If you read Rennax3's edits you will see it is vandilism. I can do what I want when I want, because I follow the rules. In the middle of a disscussion. The assoc acts section has not been edited in 2 days. Just stay out of my way, I have had enough of users telling this and that. oh and about you post you need to calm down. Kind Regards. Dance-pop (talk) 07:32, 8 February 2009 (UTC)

I am not criticizing you. We co-exist and what we need is cooperation and understand each other. The issue here is not following the rules. Its about your behavior. --Efe (talk) 07:46, 8 February 2009 (UTC)
My behavior is fine ok, so you just stay there be quiet because your kinda annoying, got it bye. Dance-pop (talk) 03:24, 9 February 2009 (UTC)
If your behavior is fine, then it should not attract a number of eyes. --Efe (talk) 03:26, 9 February 2009 (UTC)
Ok I have had enough of this. You are such a loser. Thats why Im always right. Dance-pop (talk) 03:35, 9 February 2009 (UTC)
Dance-pop, I am not here to either annoy you or whatever stuff that comes into your mind. I am trying to alleviate your edit war between Legolas and other users. --Efe (talk) 03:39, 9 February 2009 (UTC)
Efe( A WEIRD USERNAME), you are annoying me so whats going up in that mind of yours. I can make a war with who ever I want. Stay out of me business, otherwise theres about to be another war. And you will lose. 03:46, 9 February 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dance-pop (talkcontribs)
Please stop this kind of behavior Dance-pop. And please don't give other users such threats. Why should we stay out your business; you CO-EXIST with us. Please read the policy and guidelines of the project before you break them. --Efe (talk) 03:51, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

I strongly disaggree, and this is getting serious, I have NEVER EVER harrsed anyone, what the policy describes is some of your behavior. I have never broken the guidelines. So I think it is time for you (to politely) stick it where the sun dont shine. I understand you concern, but you do not need to worry. I am usually right I follow the guidelines.

The Rules are there to guide us, they are a, not LAW
                                     Kind Regards. 04:42, 9 February 2009 (UTC)
So what do you call that "you're such a loser". It drives nice people to madness. At least I'm not. But, OK, can we just talk calmly? No exclamation points? --Efe (talk) 06:25, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

OK, but this is not an apology, I am a nice person but when someone attacks ME for unknown reason(I have done nothing wrong). I have been in the right all the time, every alleged edit war and posts, I have been in the right. You said I need to stop my edit war and posts but I have always been in the right. I will try to calm down(not be so aggressive). If you the previos posts on my page, people are telling me what to do. E.g.-Realist, YOU, and esepically, espically Renanx3 and Legalos--those to are really annoying. And whats wrong with bold and excalmation marks? Dance-pop (talk) 07:05, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

Now, let's start again. Regarding your addition of the possible single, I removed it per WP:CRYSTAL (as stated in the edit summary). Charmed reverted your edit, and you reverted her edit. That causes an edit war how trivial the matter is. I suggest if someone removes someone's with proper edit summary, better discuss the matter at the talk page and call the attention of the involved parties. --Efe (talk) 07:13, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

OK. Hers a source- http://popwatch.ew.com/popwatch/2009/02/on-the-scene-la.html Its says its going to be the next single Dance-pop (talk) 07:21, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

Yes. I have traced your edit summary. But it does not state if the song is going to be released as a single. Perhaps its a sign that its her next single but we cannot just speculate like that. A source has to support it. Its going to be removed. --Efe (talk) 07:30, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

Ok, I some what agree, the source does suggest it. Dance-pop (talk) 07:29, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

Thank you for the cleanup and sourcing of the Jesse McCartney article

I just wanted to say thank you for that. That article really needed it, as you already know. Flyer22 (talk) 03:43, 11 February 2009 (UTC)

Getting out of hand!!

Look at this. Man! I can't control it. I'm on the point of raising an ANI. "Legolas" (talk) 04:27, 11 February 2009 (UTC)

Go ahead. I cannot help you about this matter... as of 12 pm. I have to eat my lunch. Hehe. I'll get into this matter, maybe later later. --Efe (talk) 04:31, 11 February 2009 (UTC)
Oh its 12 already? Its 10 'o' clock here. I just had my breakfast. I feel cozy now sitting in my chair, with my coffee and wiki!!!!! Yeahhhhh "Legolas" (talk) 04:34, 11 February 2009 (UTC)
Efe, about this ANI. I am willing to give one last chance. Next time i want your help in the ANI. I have never raised an ANI so not very sure about the whole procedure so not raising now. I want to consult with you before raising it. "Legolas" (talk) 13:19, 11 February 2009 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Beyoncé The Ultimate Performer

Yo Efe, sorry to say I've put the Beyoncé The Ultimate Performer article up for deletion as it's been tagged for notability since September 2007 and I couldn't find any decent sources. I didn't realise such an august contributor as yourself had started it. In any case, you probably have a better idea than I as to how best to deal with it, so if you think it's salvagable then please give it a makeover. Ciao, Skomorokh 06:19, 11 February 2009 (UTC)

Hi Skomorokh, how are you? "I didn't realise such an august contributor as yourself had started it." Well, I was only a "kid" when I created that one. Until now, no decent sources are available online. I am planning to delete it myself but since some other editors had contributed to it, I think a PROD/AFD is fine. --Efe (talk) 06:47, 11 February 2009 (UTC)

Rihanna discography

Immediate protection is needed. Continuous addition of BADCHARTS and unreleased singles. Total messing up the discography. I have reverted to a clean version but please protect it fast!! - "Legolas" (talk) 10:25, 12 February 2009 (UTC)

Try alternatives like adding a hidden comment on the page or dropping notifications to IPs. Not much activity or yesterday to warrant a protection. --Efe (talk) 10:33, 12 February 2009 (UTC)
I think it started immediately after the previous protection expired few days back. Well i'll include hidden comments and have also kept it on my watchlist *rolls eyes*. Lets see. He he, those IPs will have a tough time adding bad charts. I'll be their tireless reverter. What say? "Legolas" (talk) 10:41, 12 February 2009 (UTC)
Yeah. You're a... a... tireless reverter. Hehe. Well, we don't use the tool for preemptive measures. If the page is being attacked by vandalism, drop me a message. If only bad charts, I am afraid. But still drop me a message. I'll help you educate them about the guidelines of WP. --Efe (talk) 10:47, 12 February 2009 (UTC)
I'll do that surely. Lols. "Legolas" (talk) 11:23, 12 February 2009 (UTC)

My apologies

My apologies if I came off unusually pushy at Talk:Rihanna#2009 Grammy's. My goal wasn't to offend any other editors or to try and "have it my way" with the argument. I want what's best for the article like everyone else. --Whip it! Now whip it good! 00:10, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

Oh, no big deal. I am even shocked to find an apology of yours in my talk page. I was even happy that many editors visited the talk page. --Efe (talk) 00:16, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

Disruption at GaGa-seicer talk

Hey I am not attacking anyone or admin for that matter I am showing my anger at a "bad admin" , why I are you calling me boy, I could by a girl, lady, man, heshe, etc. for that matter, Do NOT BE SEXIST! Dance-pop (talk) 04:32, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

And how do you call that "you're the worst admin"? Anyway, you are bound to your opinion over other users... and admins are bound to protect WikiPedia from disruption. Hey! I am not sexist. I suppose you're a girl. Anyway, how are you? --Efe (talk) 04:35, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

Your right I am bound to my own opinion, but I dont disrupt wikipedia and/or its users, I think I have explain this before. I just got the impression and then assumed that you were sexist from you comment on seicers page, Im a guy by the way, I thought you would have got that from my "alleged" aggresion. Im fine just a bit angry for my wrongful blocking, I did nothing wrong. I was like WTF and OMFG I did nothing wrong at seicer I didnt even expect it and then after the block I was I am going to do some horrible stuff to him( but I couldnt write that obviusly, but if I met him boy would he be sorry-Not a theat by the way-just hypothitcally). So now I got two attributors to sort out this whole mess. And what about you? Dance-pop (talk) 05:09, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

Yes, but there are limitations, though. You might be surprised when he blocked you, but that's how WikiPedia works. As long as there are grounds for blocking, the next time you know, you cannot edit for one, two, three days, etc. I did not block you for I am involved in the article. Going back to the current events, I am struggling to finish some of my projects. --Efe (talk) 05:37, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

Hey I think we have got our second Dance-pop. Please keep an eye on User:Youstinklmao. A possible edit war can start again. "Legolas" (talk) 05:44, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

Second dance-pop real funny(sarcasm--i dont think you know it because i have tried it before), perphaps a second Legalos for all ways saying bad source. Now thats funny. Anyway I think I could help with the projects. Tell me what they are ill try to help.I think wikipedia needs to review there rules. Dance-pop (talk) 05:51, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

Uhm, I don't think so. Hehe. Sure. --Efe (talk) 05:55, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

Ips

Efe, vandilism is vandlism, I will not drop the messages. I follow the rules that is what you tell me to do. and you cant assume what Ips know. Do not pre-judge. So, if I request protection then I will. Because I am not going clean an Ips mess, why should I. As a foolow adim you should understand. So before you edit my user talk, think about your past edits as well. Sorry if the comments are a bit harsh.Dance-pop (talk) 09:15, 14 February 2009 (UTC)

Help

Hi its dance-pop, in just wondering how to change the image for lady gaga discography. I have tryed but cant. Thanks.Dance-pop (talk) 11:09, 14 February 2009 (UTC)

Just copy the file link (e.g. Lady gaga performing.jpg) of the image and paste it in the image parameter in the Artist Discography infobox. Please take note that it does not include "File" as in "File:Lady gaga performing.jpg". --Efe (talk) 04:55, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

Welcome. --Efe (talk) 05:44, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

Hi there. I note that you just removed a section on this page. The discussion was requiring a verifiable source, which I provided with this link. Consensus was to include the information, but that it needed a good source, which I have now provided. --Chasingsol(talk) 08:38, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

No. Over Rihanna's article, there was no consensus yet. --Efe (talk) 08:41, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
I strongly disagree. Please read the discussion closer. The discussion was about requiring a verifiable source that did not speculate as to who the victim was. The LA Times article has stated that police sources have confirmed the victim as Rihanna. The section should be readded. --Chasingsol(talk) 08:45, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
I suggest you discuss it at the article talk page. I am not the only user involved in this. There are too many... including IPs. --Efe (talk) 08:47, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
Hi Efe. I went ahead and added the information, since it appears that consensus is clear that we should include it. Considering the amount of traffic that the article is receiving and that the information is confirmed from multiple reliable sources, it would be in our best interests to include it since visitors will be looking for information. Best regards. --Chasingsol(talk) 01:46, 11 February 2009 (UTC)
Yeah. Thanks for the concern. Perhaps when it is there, further corrections will be made to agree with the guidelines especially BLP. No worries. --Efe (talk) 03:59, 11 February 2009 (UTC)

They've been notified. I've made the same request at Chris Brown and at Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Noticeboard. The Bookkeeper (of the Occult) 08:33, 11 February 2009 (UTC)

GaGa BDR

Hi. Could you please help me with this page for deletion-Lady GaGa BDR Deletion page, could you please review it thanks.Dance-pop (talk) 03:02, 17 February 2009 (UTC)

I'll check it later. --Efe (talk) 03:07, 17 February 2009 (UTC)
What do you think about it? It still doesnot look like having enough info to warranty a separate song page. A lot of gaps are there in the article. Problem is people are comparing it with the Britney song Radar, but Radar we had enough sources to certify its release and shelving as well as its charting on a number of charts. Its not the same with this one. All we know is it was supposed to be released but the music video was used to promote the series DSM instead. Thats it! I'm not sure about it yet. Hi, I saw your comment on the featured list review page - would you mind giving me a better way of phrasing it. Thanks. 03md (talk) 15:16, 18 February 2009 (UTC)

Beautiful, Dirty, Rich

Hey, the BDR deletion request has been closed stating no consensus. What to do with the article now? Dance-pop is blocked for a week now, hence i don't think any other improvement is possible for the article. Shall we merge it? --Legolas!! (talktome) 05:45, 20 February 2009 (UTC)

No idea. Have to review what to do after there's no consensus. It's also unfair for Dance, although he can still comment/discuss with us using an IP. --Efe (talk) 06:25, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
If anyone proposes a merge, the main discussion should be done at the article's talk page. If the page is merged and redirected to the main article, it could always be undone without an administrator's involvement (unlike page deletion). Themfromspace (talk) 08:09, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
I know man, i didnot expect a 1 week ban for Dance, though i expect he had it coming. Well a merge is fine by me, we can merge it to the album page, seeing that there's hardly any content to offer a wholesome song space, a merge is what it propose. I'll open a discussion at the talkpage. --Legolas!! (talktome) 08:28, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
Sorry for being so slow today. Been so busy with real life responsibilities. --Efe (talk) 09:07, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
No matter sweets. Hey i just read that Dance-pop's been banned for a month. That's so bad Efe!! can't we do something about it?? And take a look at this!!! Man that's ghastly!! --Legolas!! (talktome) 09:18, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
Its really sad. Dance has never been a disrupt at all times. I am even afraid for him. If he continues to do the same thing, it might result to an indefinitely block. Regarding Rihanna, that picture is horrible. Who made that? It looks like her. --Efe (talk) 09:44, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
Don't know yaar who made that or whether its a real pic! By the way did you hear the news about the oscar winner's list getting leaked? --Legolas!! (talktome) 09:46, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
Nope. Who "prematurely" won? --Efe (talk) 11:06, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
Slumdog Millionaire as usual. Kate Winslet got the best actress (yayy) while Mickey Rourke best actor. Heath Ledger and Amy Adams for supporting roles. By the way, a discussion is open at the talk page of Beautiful, Dirty, Rich. Share your inputs.--Legolas!! (talktome) 11:11, 20 February 2009 (UTC)

Poker Face's sample

Hello,

You say that my link is not a reliable source. Are you saying that this track is not Boney M.'s Ma baker ? :(

Ftiercel (talk) 12:24, 20 February 2009 (UTC)

Not necessarily. But the source you used isn't reliable, no info there stating "Poker Face" has some elements that are sampled. If its true, its also an original research. We need to find a reliable source that confirms it. --Efe (talk) 12:29, 20 February 2009 (UTC)

Title of Spanish language songs

Mabuhay! I'm writing you here because on the "Music Project" page never answers and me anybody. I have noticed that in many articles about Spanish albums and song every word is titled with initial upper case. That's incorrect. According to Spanish spelling rules, only the first element is written with upper case, as Entre el mar y una estrella ("Entre El Mar Y Una Estrella" and "Entre el Mar y Una Estrella", etc. are INCORRECT). I'm a Thalía fan, so I looked at Template:Thalía and I renamed all titles I could to the correct form. But somebody always re-renames them to the incorrect form. So, could you please delete Tú y yo and Ten paciencia (actually they're redirections to the wrong titles) and rename "Tú y Yo" and "Ten Paciencia" to "Tú y yo" and "Ten paciencia"? Maraming salamat. --El Mexicano (talk) 18:23, 14 February 2009 (UTC)

I am sorry El Mexicano, I am not an expert in grammar especially in regional cases (e.g. Spanish, Latin. etc.) But as far as I know, proper nouns like song titles are an exemption of some rules. Perhaps you check other websites or album liner notes on how they spell those titles. Hope that helps. --Efe (talk) 05:01, 15 February 2009 (UTC)
Here. Billboard magazine writes it in all caps. --Efe (talk) 05:11, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

I know that, also in the album covers they write it so, but it is still incorrect. I think that although artists may not be aware of official spelling rules, in an encyclopedia we must write titles correctly. Royal Spanish Academy does not mention any exception. The same mistake is writing Thalía's name without an accent on the "i". Even if you write it with CAPITALS, you must put the accent: THALÍA. It's just a bad custom that artists and Latin American media do not write it so. Artistically, you can use different graphics, font-types, etc. but "artwork" should not be an excuse for not keeping spelling rules. Regards, --El Mexicano (talk) 11:13, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

Perhaps you visit WP:MOS. There are professional editors who can help you most than me. --Efe (talk) 11:15, 15 February 2009 (UTC)

I added some information to the naming section of the project page. I hope it will be useful. Regards, --El Mexicano (talk) 19:16, 20 February 2009 (UTC)

TK Article

Dear Efi, I have changed the line of ISO Certification and have also provided an external reference of SGS website. Kindly check. Best Regards. (Tkmark (talk) 07:00, 23 February 2009 (UTC))

I am worried it fails to meet WP:WEB. It will be deleted. --Efe (talk) 07:16, 23 February 2009 (UTC)

Do you think the Afd nomination of the above article is valid? The reason given for nomination is so very strange. Can you please share your thoughts at the discussion page? --Legolas!! (talktome) 11:47, 24 February 2009 (UTC)

My input. --Efe (talk) 11:52, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
Thanks. Hey i have a question to ask. You know i haven't been on wikipedia for long, and am still learning stuff here. What do you think of my edits here? Are they fine? Or what improvements can i insert while editing? I'm just looking for an opinion. He he. --Legolas!! (talktome) 12:05, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
Well, I think I have to review your edits in the past months but in my daily encounter with you, they seem fine and you understand the policies here. --Efe (talk) 12:12, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
He he. Thanks. --Legolas!! (talktome) 12:15, 24 February 2009 (UTC)

Hey

Hey Efe, how you been? Its been a while. Listen, [again] I want to apologize for not helping out with the PR for "Yellow". I wasn't sure what to do, for the PR, so I didn't want to mess up the article setting, so I left it to you. Sorry. Listen, I was hoping if you can give your thoughts on "Lovers in Japan". Is the info. ready to be placed in the article? Also, is it... ready? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 21:34, 19 February 2009 (UTC)

It seems good. I suggest, though, to put the "listy" song version after the section music video or merge it with tracklisting. Its fine. I've been also busy with other stuffs so I kinda set our plans aside. --Efe (talk) 03:26, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
Alright, I'll do that. Yeah, I see that your busy working with other stuff and its fine. Your an admin. and admins. got a lot of work to do, so its understandable. :) I guess our project is gonna have to be put on hold. But, hey we're not in a rush with this, so. Thanks for the advice, I appreciate it. ;) --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 15:53, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
Perhaps after I've done my real life responsibilities we could push through the plan. --Efe (talk) 07:05, 21 February 2009 (UTC)
That would be great. I guess if I work out my personal responsibilities, as well, we can definitely work this out. :) --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 15:50, 23 February 2009 (UTC)
Then that's settled. Just tell me when you're ready so that I can hasten up finishing my stuffs here. --Efe (talk) 05:39, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
Hmmm, how 'bout during St. Patrick's weekend? --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 15:09, 26 February 2009 (UTC)
Oh my. I forgot its final examination season. In the Philippines, we culminate every school year in March. I am not really sure if I'll have extra time but I can still pitch in, although not fully. --Efe (talk) 04:42, 27 February 2009 (UTC)

Oh, I totally forgot about that. Alright, I definitely know I'm going to be busy during Spring break, how 'bout Cinco de Mayo? Also, I've nominated "Lovers in Japan", so if you can help out with the review, it would be most appreciated. :) --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 17:24, 27 February 2009 (UTC)

I will be stress free by early April. May is fine for the nom. I can see what I can do. --Efe (talk) 05:16, 28 February 2009 (UTC)
Hey, I need help. Do you have a photo for "Lost!"? I checked flickr. There are lots, very nice, but I don't know which one. Thanks. --Efe (talk) 08:09, 28 February 2009 (UTC)
Alright cool, then May it is. :) Um, no I don't have a photo for "Lost!", but I'll check some out. If you found some photos, meaning links, let me know and maybe I can help out or something. --  ThinkBlue  (Hit BLUE) 22:05, 1 March 2009 (UTC)
OK. --Efe (talk) 23:58, 1 March 2009 (UTC)

Gaga

Hey Efe, come to the talkpage at the LAdy Gaga and Starlight revenue section. Can you tell whether Blast Magazine is a WP:RS? Also we have a hostile revert in the Gaga discography section. Can you please help me out? --Legolas (talktome) 13:48, 1 March 2009 (UTC)

I have commented there although not sure it would help. Regarding the reverts, I don't want to chip in. Both you and Realist are working. --Efe (talk) 00:16, 2 March 2009 (UTC)
P.S. Could you time and again keep an eye on this user? I havea feeling we have Dance-pop back. --Legolas (talktome) 04:43, 2 March 2009 (UTC)
Sure. Some of his/her edits are help, though. --Efe (talk) 04:59, 2 March 2009 (UTC)

Katy Perry

The article, Katy Perry has failed its GA review. Please view the GA page for details. Thank you, and good luck! The article will DEFINITELY pass its second nomination when its errors are fixed, and if it's given a copyedit by a copyeditor. CarpetCrawler (talk) 01:38, 3 March 2009 (UTC)

Fair enough for failing the article. It was my fault, I concede, for writing the article that fast. I haven't checked the errors. However, in my experience of reviewing articles before, GAs are not that strict and the problems laid out in the review page could be addressed in a mere day or two to three days. I believe it does not meet only two to three of the criterion, prose and some inline citations, though I am sure every line there were completely based on sources. Anyway, thanks for the review. It helped a lot. --Efe (talk) 09:55, 3 March 2009 (UTC)
I apologize if my review seemed too strict, as I had said in the review, I was torn on passing or failing the article. However, most of the reason for me failing it was that I believed it needed a good copyeditor. However, I am sure that as you said, you could fix the errors in a few days, after you sent that message. Feel free to re-nominate the article I pointed out, as I am sure the article would DEFINITELY pass in a second review. You did a great job! Have a nice day! CarpetCrawler (talk) 03:51, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
It's fine. You don't have to apologize. Sometimes, when an article needs a good copy edit, better fail them. Thanks for the review, though. It will help me fix what has to be done before renomination. Cheer. --Efe (talk) 04:47, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
The article looks much better now, you did a great job! CarpetCrawler (talk) 05:13, 7 March 2009 (UTC)
Thank you Carpet. --Efe (talk) 05:52, 7 March 2009 (UTC)
If whoever reviews it still finds issues, let me know and I'll see if I can lend a helping hand. :) Have a nice day! CarpetCrawler (talk) 05:54, 7 March 2009 (UTC)
Sure. Thanks in advance. --Efe (talk) 06:10, 7 March 2009 (UTC)
