Hi- Just wanted to let you know that on the sub-pages of the Uttar Pradesh portal, if you add categories to those pages, you must include them inside of "noinclude" tags to prevent the Main portal page from being in all those categories. See the bottom of the main page, it is still included in Category:Uttar Pradesh portal/Anniversaries/January. I added noinclude tags to several other pages, but since the January category has 31 pages in it, I haven't been able to complete that task and I could use your help! I would like to inform you that you have to be more careful to add this template only if appropriate i.e. when there is a long list of templates before the discussion. Ah I see, sorry brother I am ignorant of your culture I guess. The Indians and Pakistanis here in London go to their own Husayniyyahs so I don't really know many. Anyway, May Allah will reward you for mourning the Imam. Amin! Inshallah I will contribute to the list soon.

Hi Faizhaider, thanks for fixing the source of the image File:Ali Khamenei,.jpg. However, you had distinguished that the original image was released under the GFDL, and kept the uploader's assertion that the crop is public domain. A crop of a GFDL image cannot be released into the public domain. In the future you can simply remove assertions like that. Best Hekerui (talk) 13:35, 11 March 2010 (UTC)

Hi,
As for Hindi, please read WP:fork. The material as you have it on that article is duplicated at Standard Hindi, so I haven't actually deleted anything. (If I'm wrong and I missed something, please let me know.) Such duplicate articles ("forks") are discouraged. Of course, if you think that Standard Hindi should be called just "Hindi", that's another matter. But instead of duplicating that article, it should be moved. That's a matter for discussion on the Standard Hindi talk page, or, if you like, you can make a move request. The article currently at Hindi could be moved out of the way at "Hindi (word)" or "Conceptions of Hindi" or some such. Or we could merge Hindi and Standard Hindi, and merge the info you deleted at Hindi languages, but in that case we shouldn't discuss other Hindi languages at Hindi. Per WP:Common name, my impression is that the normal English use of the word "Hindi" is not so narrow as Standard Hindi, but I may be wrong. In any case, there are lots of things we can do that don't clash with the goal of being an encyclopedia.
