Speedy deletion nomination of Kouhei Higuchi[edit]

A tag has been placed on Kouhei Higuchi requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Hello, HibikiZenkai,

Please do not keep recreating this page. When an article or redirect gets deleted in a deletion discussion, like AFD or RFD, that's it, it can't be recreated in main space, it will keep getting tagged for deletion. Please find other subjects to write about.
