January 2023[edit]

Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to GameCube, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. Stop adding unsourced information and stop using empty edit summaries. Use complete and thorough summaries for edits that are only necessary. Users can be blocked for these things. — Smuckola(talk) 00:57, 6 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Roald Amundsen, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use your sandbox for that. Thank you. Unsourced edit[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Dr vulpes. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Nossal High School, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Dr vulpes (💬 • 📝) 07:15, 9 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

April 2023[edit]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Nossal High School, you may be blocked from editing. Third warning, persistent issue. TylerBurden (talk) 04:28, 11 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Edit summaries[edit]

On 18 January 2023, User:TylerBurden sent you a message on this Talk page asking that you always leave an edit summary when you make an edit. Since that date you have made approximately 460 edits but not one of them was accompanied by an edit summary.

Leaving an edit summary shows other Users what you were trying to achieve with your edit, and why. Failing to leave an edit summary increases the likelihood that your edit will be reverted by another User, simply because that User is unable to determine whether your edit was made for a good purpose or for no sensible purpose at all.

Please read H:FIES and then always leave an edit summary before you hit “Publish changes”. Thank you. Dolphin (t) 03:37, 9 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:37, 28 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
