Are You Being Served?[edit]

Just a note to say that the photos you have added to the AYBS? episode page make the page look a lot better. I have changed back the date format as otherwise people who are not registered Users only see the dates as numbers (per Wikipedia:Dates#ISO date formats. The episode title I changed back to reflect the capitalisation used in the opening titles. Thanks. --Berks105 10:31, 25 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

About TSPK Lineage[edit]

I believe you have opened the proverbial 'can of worms' with the version of the TSPK Family Tree that you have posted Marcane. This is not the real one, instead it is one from the website of someone who claims to be part of the tree and who has modified it to include himself and his instructors. On this tree Grandmaster Chan Sau Chung is listed simply as a 'Master' (this is quite an insult to him and his legacy, however, I have made the adjustment in the main article). I am trying to get a copy of the real TSPK Family Tree from the folks at Tai Shing Pek Kwar International Kung Fu Federation. CHEERS!!! - Debon 16:14, 2 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Track and field athletes[edit]

I'd like to ask you to reconsider your opinion. There are currently some 160 per nationality subcategories in Category:Athletes by nationality Of those, only four (the U.S., Canada, Colombia, and Singapore) use "track and field athletes" the other 156 use just "athletes". The proposal only calls for changing Colombia and Singapore and leaves alone the only two countries where a distinction is made between "athletics" and "track and field". Are You Being Served? screenshots[edit]

I have removed the screenshots from List of Are You Being Served? episodes, since they don't meet our criteria for non-free content. Since they are not used anywhere else, I have marked them with {{orphaned fairuse not replaced}}, and they are subject to deletion in 7 days. ~ BigrTex 20:20, 7 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Random Talk[edit]

So, I'm guessing you were maybe at Griffiss at some point? and probably not a Mean Widdle Kid. Right on, Red! --averagejoe 14:21, 20 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Got your response. No worries. I grew up in Rome, and guessed from your page you may have been at Grif (air force brat, I believe you said) One of your obscure references, "Good night, and may God bless! (another obscure reference)", is the sign-off line of Red Skelton, hence the Red reference (and Mean Widdle Kid, one of Red's characters). So when were you in Rome? I was born there in '63, left in '81 for college and the military, and returned for a year or so around '92-93. --averagejoe 13:54, 21 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

'Dogbody'[edit]

Or more precisely 'dogsbody' is basically a grunt; someone who does the dirty work so you don't have to: Dogsbody HalfShadow 03:52, 7 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Oh no, I don't really care, I'm not involved with the entry at all; it's just you didn't know what the term meant, so... HalfShadow 04:06, 7 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
