Your recent edits[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you must sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 11:06, 24 August 2010 (UTC) Sorry i didn't know !Mehdioa (talk) 11:08, 24 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Dr Tyler, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Dr Tyler. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Cameron Scott (talk) 11:47, 24 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

August 2010[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on The Three Doctors (Doctor Who). Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. If the edit warring continues, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. MarnetteD | Talk 12:00, 24 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

November 2010[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Companion (Doctor Who). Users who edit disruptively or refuse to collaborate with others may be blocked if they continue. In particular the three-revert rule states that making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block. If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the talk page to discuss controversial changes. Work towards wording and content that gains consensus among editors. If unsuccessful, then do not edit war even if you believe you are right. Post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If edit warring continues, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Your edits of Athari[edit]

Thank you for experimenting with the page Athari on Wikipedia. Your test worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you may want to do. POV pushing[edit]

Sir, I think you might need to review WP:NPOV. I see what you did on Athari, Hanbali and Barbahari. I wrote much of the content on those articles myself, basing them on sources published by the likes of Oxford University Press, Brill Publishers, Cambridge University Press and so forth. These are recognized, peer-reviewed sources - the kind of which good Wikipedia articles are made of.
If you need assistance with editing these articles, then the community can help you. If you feel there are valid academic criticisms of Atharis or whatever, then you and other interested editors can gather reliable sources and neutrally build balanced articles based on consensus. Deleting sources content and throwing around accusations of negative qualities such as anthropomorphism those whom you disagree with, however, isn't how good articles are made. Please refer to the policies/guidelines above. By following the rules, we can all improve the encyclopedia in an efficient way. MezzoMezzo (talk) 03:43, 7 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, thank you, i'll try to find the references needed !Mehdioa (talk) 09:44, 10 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Radical, that's how great articles are made. The Wikipedia:Teahouse/Questions page is always open for general editing questions as well, in addition to Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Noticeboard for community commentary on sources that have been found and Wikipedia:WikiProject Resource Exchange/Resource Request if you need to get a hold of professional/academic publications. June 2014[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Darkness Shines. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Al-Ahbash without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; I restored the removed content. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks!
