Holby/Casualty

[edit]

Hi! First of all, for a while now I've been wanting to thank you for the great job you do keeping the Holby and Casualty series articles up to date. I know filling out titles, dates and credits can be a bit of a thankless task sometimes, so I thought I'd let you know how much it's appreciated :) Secondly, I just wanted to draw your attention here - there were a couple of problems with the addition of the newest ep details, and usually I'd be happy to fix the ref myself, but I can't actually find the episode on the website. When you get chance, could you possibly re-insert the info with the correct URL? Thanks! Frickative 11:45, 1 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. When you recently edited I'm Still Standing, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Glee and Big Brother (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. The twitter source that you have used is not a verified account. It is considered to be a self-published source and is not acceptable as a reliable source. Per WP:TWITTER, Self-published and questionable sources may be used as sources of information about themselves, usually in articles about themselves or their activities. Since the episode information is not specifically about the owner of the Twitter account, it cannot be used as a source for the episode. Accordingly, please do not add it again. --AussieLegend () 19:07, 27 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Re "why do we subtract two from the majority when the majority should be zero?"

[edit]

Reason is that government majority has changed by two. Previously, Government voting power was 320, opposition was 319, so majority of 1. Post defection, Gob voting power is now 319 and opposition is 320, so a majority of -1. T. Moitie [talk] 16:37, 3 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

September 2019

[edit]

Please don't make edits that are contrary to notes in the article that refer to specific sections of the MOS and which are contrary to infobox instructions. This edit is clearly contrary to WP:TVCAST which says that once cast are added to the list they are not removed, even if they leave a program. This is reflected in the instructions for {{Infobox television}} and there is no justification for unexplained removal. --AussieLegend () 16:45, 6 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
