This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Mannarkkad Taluk, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Mannarkkad. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. CorenSearchBot (talk) 08:18, 1 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

July 2011[edit]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Darjeeling. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Superk1a (talk) 05:54, 17 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the edit you made to Darjeeling has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you. Metricopolus (talk) 05:52, 17 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Darjeeling. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

In particular, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you continue edit warring, you may be blocked from editing. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Typeractive (talkcontribs) 06:58, 17 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your edits on Bangalore[edit]

Hi there I have reverted your addition of images on the Bangalore article assuming good faith. The reason being that Bangalore is a featured article and any such changes have to be discussed on the talk page and may be done if there is a clear consensus.  Abhishek  Talk 12:14, 16 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Improper move of Kerala High Court[edit]

I have fixed the improper move and created a new version of Malappuram Collectorate based on your previous contribution. Please feel free to edit that article.  Frank  |  talk  22:41, 7 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Devadhar Government Higher Secondary School[edit]

Hello Poyoonus, You started Devadhar Government Higher Secondary School with a copy of the Indian Institute of Technology Madras article. At that time you did not provide the required attribution, see WP:PATT. You should already be aware of the need for attribution since you previously copied the Mannarkkad article in 2010.

For several days you have added and removed material. The result is, to me, a confusing mixture of material where some applies only to the school, some is not about the school at all and some may or may not be about the school. For example there is material that talks about IIT and is unchanged from when it was copied. It's not clear if this is material unrelated to the school that should be removed or material that somehow was about the institute but also applies to the school. The Notable alumni section says it's main article is List of Indian Institute of Technology Madras alumni and I suspect few if any of those listed are alumi of Devadhar Government Higher Secondary School.

Additonally you have added material to a History & Background section without citing any sources. All Wikipedia content must be based on published sources and you need to identify those sources to the reader for verification.

Please take the time to address these issues. Gab4gab (talk) 16:10, 12 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Gab4gab and Ppyoonus:
Hello again Ppyoonus, I've cleaned up the article some. It's now clearer that very little of the material that remains is supported by citations. Searching I found a list of schools that seems to include this one so I've added a reference to that. You don't seem to be editing for now. If you don't return soon to provide references to published sources I'll remove additional unsourced content. Gab4gab (talk) 19:45, 4 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
