While removing part of a message from an archive is slightly unorthodox, I decided to remove it upon your request because I felt it would not change the meaning of the message that was sent to me. In the future, please make sure you are not removing other information from a page, as you did here. As EWS23 indicated above, it would be preferable if you contacted editors and asked them to blank their talkpage archives rather than modifying them yourself... simply as a courtesy. Regardless, making the comment about why you blanked it in the archives doesn't really do any good, you should inform the editors on their current talkpage of your action.
