July 2011[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Before saving your changes to an article, please provide an edit summary, which you forgot to do before saving your recent edit to Eisleben. Doing so helps everyone understand the intention of your edit (and prevents legitimate edits from being mistaken for vandalism). It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page. Thank you. Cognate247 (talk) 20:23, 25 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification[edit]

Hi. When you recently edited New Orleans Central Business District, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Financial District (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Wikidata and Interwiki links[edit]

You are receiving this as you have recently added an interwiki link to a page!

Wikidata has been deployed to the English Wikipedia. Wikidata manages interwiki links on a separate project on pages such as this. This means that on Wikipedia articles there is now a language bar on the left hand side of your screen where you can edit and add links rather than adding them into the articles themselves.

If you have any questions regarding Wikidata please use the talk page Wikipedia talk:Wikidata.

Please stop adding interwiki links to pages that already have them through the wikidata system, such as you did to Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, U Bein Bridge and many other articles. Thank you. - Takeaway (talk) 16:58, 8 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, ReferenceBot (talk) 00:50, 27 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia pages, such as those you made to Northumberland Street, even if you intend to fix them later. Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Dl2000 (talk) 17:28, 26 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You have created many interlanguage links over the years. Until recently this was useful and valuable work, which is appreciated. But now with the introduction of Wikidata, in nearly all cases it is no longer necessary, and could indeed cause problems if the article in the other language were to be deleted or moved. For this reason, I have to tell you that the links you are adding are being removed, by an automatic process (bot) or by human editors. If you consider that the links you are adding are still needed, or you have any queries about this, you have only to contact one of us (User talk:Noyster or User talk:Dl2000) and we will try to answer you: Noyster (talk), 19:59, 26 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

November 2014[edit]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Parma Cathedral may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:

Please stop making test edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Two Towers. It is considered vandalism, which, under Wikipedia policy, can lead to being blocked from editing. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Dl2000 (talk) 23:41, 10 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Palazzo d'Accursio. Dl2000 (talk) 23:41, 10 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Disambiguation link notification for April 8[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Mea Shearim, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Genesis. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
