Content requires sources[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm TheRedPenOfDoom. I noticed that you made a change to an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 03:06, 31 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello TheRedPenOfDoom,

" One can correct someone who is wrong. But one cannot correct someone who does not want to be right."

First of all, Thanks for your Support. But i find this really demotivating. I am never a regular contributor. I just saw something valid was missing in the page and thought to add it. But with no reason it was deleted. I am not sure if i will ever spent my valuable time for stupid things like this anymore.

There was already a Wiki page ( A hyperlink for the film title which is approved by someone like you) for the film i mentioned.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1983_%28film%29

In that case adding another so called "reliable source citation" of an external website seems to be little stupid for me. That indicates that wikipedia does not trust itself.

And of-course you made a mistake about the the information i posted. Because the film about which i mentioned released today. Anyway i am not going to do anything more on it. Let some other smart guy do it who can make it more believable to you.

Its so sad to see that Wiki lives in Past and future tense but cant see the present tense :) (at-least in this case) That page was missing the movie which released today but has his other forthcoming movie details.

No hard feeling on you. I know that you did it with good intentions. I am just giving a personal feedback of my experience as a contribute to Wiki. The act really demotivated me in "TRUSTING" Wikipedia and "HELPING" Wikipedia. May be you should have searched for it and confirmed with me. Anyways all the best for your future "DELETIONS" — Preceding unsigned comment added by 61.3.168.191 (talk) 05:15, 31 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

not trusting what you may see on Wikipedia is a good idea. Thats why we require reliable sources to be cited so that the reader can verify content for themselves. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 05:21, 31 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Great, then how can a reader like me verify all the 15 films mentioned in his filmography with no Citations at all. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nivin_Pauly Whats make this film so un-trusty which is released today. In that case i would request you to delete the below hyperlink. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1983_%28film%29 Or shall i do it? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 61.3.168.191 (talk) 05:39, 31 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Draft:Sverker Johansson, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.stuff.co.nz/southland-times/technology/60167034/How-one-man-wrote-8-5-of-Wikipedia.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. The page https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Lsj?uselang=no is his user page on svwiki and in my opinion doesn't count as another wikipedia page. By all means create a page here if you think he is notable, which I'm not sure of. Sjö (talk) 08:50, 16 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
There's also sv:Sverker Johansson, but it's about a different person. Sjö (talk) 10:37, 16 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
And now there's sv:Sverker Johansson (fysiker) which you can link to if you create an article here. Sjö (talk) 08:59, 17 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
