Article formatting[edit]

On Made in Melbourne. Several things were wrong, formatting wise.

Do not create an article with all capital letters, per WP:MOSCAPS.
I changed a lot of things. I condensed the article by putting the DVD and CD track listings under one header.
Per the album style guide WP:MOSALBUM, Personnel formatting should be like this:
- Name – function/instrument
Not the other way around
