Waterfront Elementary is an elementary magnet school located in Buffalo, New York. It is located at 95 Fourth Street and serves Grades PreK through 8. The current principal is Mr. David Hills and the current assistant principals are Mr. Terance Jenkins and Ms. Shanie Keelean. The school gets its name due to its proximity to the Niagara River.

The school was established as a magnet school in 1977. It was the first magnet school established in the City of Buffalo.
