Moreover, the question of ethnonym is not a simple as that given by the previous authors. In much of coastal Taitung, people are emphatic about their name being 'Amis (as are those in Hualien about being Pangcah). The name of the language should be either Sowal no 'Amis or Caciyaw no Pangcah--so I changed that as well. On another note--I didn't change this but it's useful to consider.
