A quick read on the "ported" article will automatically show that porting is not something that is done in a single specific date. I'm having a hard time believing that this page was even awarded a WP:GA mention. undo
  • curprev 00:5300:53, 24 January 202066.130.253.101 talk 33,354 bytes −16 Dragon's Curse was PORTED (aka adapted from one platform to another one) in 1990, but RELEASED in 1991 in North America and Japan alike. Whoever originally wrote this sentence seems to think that "ported" is a synonym of "released". Also, just because the titlescreen of Dragon's Curse as a 1990 copyright, that does not mean that this is the year the game was actually released. Often, the copyright year is when the game was developed rather than when it was released. undo
