Sunflower State FC is an amateur soccer team based in Overland Park, Kansas that competed in the National Premier Soccer League. The team colors were yellow, black, and white.

History

Sunflower State FC was announced as a National Premier Soccer League expansion team on January 23, 2017, as Ozark FC, joining the newly formed Heartland Conference.[1][2]

Ownership interest of Ozark FC transitioned to an ownership group led by Todd Carrigan, Scott Marksberry, and Oddvar Naustvik on March 29, 2018.

Ozark finished 6th, 6th, and 4th in their three seasons in the NPSL Heartland Conference. Games were played at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Veterans Park in Rogers, Arkansas, and Har-Ber High School in Springdale, Arkansas.
