Against Me! are the worst kind of "sellouts." They preached anti-corporatism for years only to sign to a major label, dumb down their music, and basically tell all their fans to fuck off. Who would have guessed that the band who wrote, "We want a band that plays loud and hard every night, That doesn't care how many people are counted at the door, That would travel one million miles and ask for nothing more than a plate of food and a place to rest," would end up being played between Nickelback and 3 Doors Down on Clear Channel owned radio stations. Their fan base was once composed mostly of revolutionaries who have now been replaced by ignorant consumers (yes I will draw the lines like that.) Well, if there ever is a revolution, they're likely to get stomped out in the riots.
