Soan's first big break was touring with [[Tom Robinson]] in 1993-4. Work with [[Del Amitri]] followed. Soan left Del Amitri in 1997. He subsequently joined [[Squeeze]], staying with them until their break-up in 1999.

Recent work includes recording and touring with the likes of James Morrison (latest Album and Singles), Will Young (latest Album), Alesha Dixon, Boyzone, American Idol winners and Natasha Bedingfield.

Ashley "Ash" Soan is a UK drummer.

Ash Soan's first big break was touring with Tom Robinson in 1993-4. Work with Del Amitri followed. Soan left Del Amitri in 1997. He subsequently joined Faithless then went on to tour and record with Squeeze, staying with them until their break-up in 1999. He has done varied session work since, including touring with Tom McRae, Faithless, Lisa Stansfield, Rick Wakeman, Belinda Carlisle, Chris Difford and Glenn Tilbrook and recording with Ronan Keating, Sandi Thom, Brian McFadden, Marianne Faithfull, Hear'Say, and Chris Difford.
