Help Reverting a Merge Done In Direct Opposition to Results of Editor Discussion

Hi,

I am hoping you can either help me or point me to a place where I can seek help.

Recently, the proposal to merge Ford Focus BEV with Ford Focus (third generation) was rejected due to lack of editor consensus. The related discussion can be found here.

Directly defying the results of this discussion, User:OSX merged the articles here.

Note that OSX was warned that he should not merge the articles in this discussion.

I cannot see how to revert OSX's merger. Could you help me with this? Also, I think that it would be appropriate for an admin to chastise OSX and warn him against similar actions in the future. How should I proceed?

Wikimedia election voter qualifications

Hi! Don't know if you remember me, you answered my questions about Spring Web Flow Tutorial having been deleted, back when I first joined, in September. You said I could ask you more questions. I have edited several pages since then, not a lot, but it has been a lot of fun. Today I was on my talk page and I noticed this: "The Wikimedia Board of Trustees election has started. Please vote." I clicked on it to check it out, not really planning to vote since I don't know the issues, but just to learn. But when I got to the page, it said, "Sorry, your account on the English Wikipedia does not meet the voting requirements for this election." I searched around but couldn't find an explanation. Boy Vs.School

I have spent almost all day making the page that you just deleted, without even a thought towards its purpose. Boy Vs. School is a popular short film series, which originated as a school media project. As I stated in the deletion contest, which you probobly didn't read, if you google Boy Vs School, you will find that boy vs school DOES have a purpose.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion no. A7: says, "An article about a real person, individual animal(s), organization (e.g. band, club, company, etc., except schools),[4] or web content that does not indicate why its subject is important or significant. This is distinct from verifiability and reliability of sources, and is a lower standard than notability. This criterion applies only to articles about web content and to articles about people, organizations, and individual animals themselves, not to articles about their books, albums, software, or other creative works.

I believe that a short film is a Creative Work.

Question regarding deleted page (that I am looking to re-create)

Hi there,

I was looking to make a page for a band, and apparently someone has tried to do this at some point in the past, as Wikipedia gave me the warning that it was deleted, etc.

I play in the band, and I believe that it was probably deleted, when it was, because no credible sources were available to even validate the bands existence (just social networking sites, etc.)

However, the band is now signed to a record label, it has released an official album, and is talked about and featured on several non-social networking sites. In other words, there's actually proof that the band exists.

My question is: If I make this page, will it be deleted again?

User deleted his own AIV

Hey there, would you mind taking a look at AIV if you're around? I reported User:Archiveman2011 earlier today for persistent CSD template removal and personal attacks, and he's gone and deleted his own AIV! I re-reported (couldn't rollback because of a bot edit) but I'd like to make sure this gets reviewed in case he ends up deleting it again. The article was deleted because you did not establish why the league is notable enough for inclusion on Wikipedia. Having a bunch of fans does not make one notable. Prague Philharmonia page problems (again)

Just to let you know, the fools at the Prague Philharmonia tried to edit their wikipedia page again by pasting in their own direct English language text recently. The latest IP address, 213.151.91.242, is in keeping with all the others. The pattern seems to be that every 3 months, someone from the orchestra disrupts the page. Someone actually needs to e-mail the Prague Philharmonia people directly at some point. I've reverted the page back, for now. DJRafe (talk) 19:08, 18 June 2011 (UTC)
