Ubisoft Montpellier Studios (commonly referred to as Ubisoft Montpellier) is a French video game developer based in Montpellier, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Ubisoft. Founded as Ludimedia S.A.S. in 1994, the studio was renamed Ubi Soft Montpellier Studios in 1995 and Ubisoft Montpellier Studios in 2003. They are best known for developing Rayman and Beyond Good & Evil series, and the UbiArt Framework.
