Indus Health Plus (P) Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Preventive Health Checkup Company.[1][2] The company provides services through their healthcare delivery partners in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Punjab. Recently, Indus Health Plus has also started United Arab Emirates (UAE) operations.[3] Indus Health Plus drives the cause of prevention to effectively tackle the burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and in turn help in reducing the future burden on India's already weak health infrastructure.

A 2005 report of the National Commission on Macroeconomics and Health[4][5] states that "Prevention of diseases, particularly Non-communicable disease (lifestyle diseases) that are expensive to treat, is the most cost-effective strategy for a country facing scarce resources."

History

Indus Health Plus was founded in 2000 at Pune. In 2007, the company opened branch office at Mumbai and in 2009, the company opened North Regional office at Delhi and partnered with a hospital. In 2013, Indus Health Plus was awarded by Golden Peacock Business Excellence Award[6] in Dubai, ASSOCHAM Gold Award[7][8] in New Delhi and Frost & Sullivan India Healthcare Awards[9][10] with Wellness Service Provider Company of the Year Award 2013.

Products and Services

Indus Health Plus services include preventive health checkup, full body checkup, family health checkup, heart check up, pre-employment and corporate health checkup. The company is spreading awareness of Prevention among people and motivating them to join the drive of 'Mission Prevention'.

Importance of Preventive Health Checkup

Preventive Health Checkup helps to detect diseases at its early time. A checkup can detect lifestyle diseases such as cancer, diabetes, heart diseases, stroke, obesity and more. In family, it may have history of such diseases which is important to know its early stages.

Corporate Wellness Programs

Corporate wellness programs plays vital role to keep employee healthy and productive. Preventive health checkup helps to improve employee’s morale and productivity which can affects on business. Along with health management, it helps in saving tax too.
