A nurse and an attendant are present during school hours in the Medical Room. During an emergency the student is taken to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. The school’s medical room is supervised by a medical officer to provide immediate first aid and symptomatic relief to children suffering from medical problems. Special Educator helps the special needs students integrate into classrooms and conducts remedial classes that address the requirements of students with special needs. History

Cambridge School was founded on 7 April 1931 in a small flat in Qutub Road, Delhi. It moved soon after to 21 Daryaganj. By the 1940's it was established as one of the foremost schools in the city. Cambridge School Delhi was thus named because it was the first school to send students up for the Senior Cambridge Examination. It acquired its own campus in Srinivaspuri and the foundation stone of the building, designed by Cyrus Jhabvala, was laid in 1961 by the Vice President of India Dr. S. Radhakrishnan. The building was inaugurated by Smt. Indira Gandhi, Minister for Information and Broadcasting, in 1963.

Mr. Deb was the Principal of the school till 1964.
