Sara Mohanpur (also called Sara Mohanpur) is a village in Darbhanga District of Bihar. It is located 4 km from Darbhanga Railway Station.
Sara Mohanpur is famous for the palatial Mohanpur House and the garden/orchard surrounding it. Mohanpur House belonged to Late Shri Mukund Jha. In the year, 1972, Late Shri Mukund Jha donated Mohanpur House to Government of Bihar for establishing an Ayurvedic College.[1]
