Deletion

Hello - I wondered why you deleted my article? I thought I had posed a question asking for help about changing the title - and had posted it for review. I'm new to Wikipedia. I'm not being paid and I'm not writing about myself. I've also submitted an appeal for the article to be reinstated as its about a notable person . . . but I still don't know how to change the article title. I also hadn't finished adding all the references in. Also if I want to submit it with an expectation of some constructive feedback rather than deletion, how do I do that please? Nechako Residence Building

Hi I just recently had my article deleted under https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Txlon5/sandbox&action=edit&redlink=1 . I am new to Wikipedia and have no prior experience. This was supposed to just be a submission for a University Group Project where we demonstrated our abilities to use Wikipedia. The submission is due tonight but because everything is deleted I don't have anything to submit now. I understand there were a couple issues (which I can fix) though being a personal page I didn't take those infringements into account. Is there anyway I can get the code back at least to show my Professor I completed the project?
