:"DC Tech" is the commonly used name for the technology center/business corridor based in Washington, DC and is as a result, also used to refer to organizations, meetups etc. It's unfortunately a bit confusing because it's not named something like "Silicon Capital." I will try to make that clearer.
:DC Tech is equally prominent as many of the [[List of technology centers|technology centers listed here with Wikipedia articles]], and being the focus of the world's largest recurring tech meetup seems sufficiently notable, but I will find some more sources.
:I don't think I did any "original research" other than summarizing other Wikipedia articles. Almost everything in the article comes from other Wikipedia articles about prominent tech companies in DC. kwud 02:01, 18 December 2023 (UTC)
