Thank you, I plan on continuing to add articles for the historic structures of Penn Center as long as they are approved. VCannella3 (talk) 13:26, 10 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
No problem, and please do. Per WP:GEOFEAT, anything on an official register of historic buildings is presumed notable, which makes such drafts relatively easier to accept (assuming of course there is evidence of that status). Anything else would most likely need to satisfy the general notability standard WP:GNG. Happy editing! :) -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 13:34, 10 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Given another reviewer accepted another building, I resubmitted this draft on your behalf to accept it. S0091 (talk) 15:43, 12 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hastings Gantt

I noticed the red link in Gantt Cottage so did some digging and found these sources you can use if you are inclined to create an article about him. Given Gantt was in the SC Legislature, he meets WP:NPOL so an easy pass. [1][2][3][4][5]

Hi @Pbritti see User talk:DoubleGrazing#Benezet House. It sounds like we have similar concerns but neither DG or I knew what's the "norm" so I defaulted to accept. S0091 (talk) 17:59, 14 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, thanks for the heads up, @S0091: I'll reply there in a bit but I think that specific structure was probably individually notable enough. The other buildings might be worth merging to that article based on proximity of space and subject, but I'll dig deeper. ~ Pbritti (talk) 18:04, 14 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I worry about confusing this new editor who clearly is here in WP:AGF and unfortunately WP:WikiProject NRHP doesn't appear to be active. Yes, please do join the discussion after you have done digging. And apologies VCannella3. You have not done anything wrong and ask you bear with us. S0091 (talk) 18:17, 14 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I agree. VCannella3, this is a bureaucratic issue between other editors trying to do due diligence regarding some Wikipedia policy and does not reflect poorly on your contributions. Thank you for creating these drafts—we hope to have the matter sorted ASAP. ~ Pbritti (talk) 18:21, 14 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Please let me know what link appears to be malformed, as I would like to fix it. Here is the South Carolina's archive showing the national register of places, specifically within the Penn center Campus. http://www.nationalregister.sc.gov/beaufort/S10817707020/
Please let me know if this is helpful. I do agree that some of the buidings do not have much information, I actually have been working from the buildings with less information first and further drafts will be more complete, but I agree that perhaps combining some pages might be useful, but I'm not sure if they should be on the main Penn center page as that might too much information at once, please let me know your thoughts on how to approach that. Thank you VCannella3 (talk) 21:30, 14 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I will get back to you on this sometime over the next couple days. Apologies if I neglect this task, and please ping me on my talk page should Wednesday arrive and you don't see any further comment from me! ~ Pbritti (talk) 02:03, 15 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Pbritti and VCannella3 what do think about a separate list article, similar to List of Washington & Jefferson College buildings? Of course that is a WP:Featured list; the one for Penn Center certainly does not need to be as extensive. Like that example, some buildings will have a stand-alone article some will not. VCannella3, see Washington & Jefferson College#Campus for how it is handled in the main article, which is to add a WP:hatnote to direct the reader to the list.
