My RfB

I wanted to personally thank you, Daniel, for your support in my recent RfB. I also must take the opportunity as I have been remiss for far too long thanking you for your calm and level-headed stewardship of the Mahmoud Ahmadinijead mediation. You remain one of the wikipedians I try and emulate when engaged in difficult discussions. I am thankful and appreciative that you feel that I am worthy of the trust the community requires of its bureaucrats, and I hope to continue to behave in a way that maintains your trust in me and my actions. I have heard the community's voice that they require more of a presence at RfA's of prospective bureaucrats, and I will do my best over the near future to demonstrate such a presence and allow the community to see my philosophy and practices in action. I hope I can continue to count on your support when I decide to once again undergo an RfB. Is all forgiven between you and me? I hope it is. You see, I'm basically done editing here as I plan to quit when my user talk edits reach 1,000, so I'm basically on my last legs due to my own stupidity and MYSPACEing, which I have decided that the project is basically and fundamentally better without. You've been my good friend up until recently, and even after that I still hold you as one of my wiki-idols. Unless something happens that restricts me to not being able to edit user talk pages, I'm afraid these will be our final goodbyes. I wish you well in real life.
