HELP

i HAVE A SOCK PUPET CASE ON THE TOP OF MY PAGE. I OPEN BUT SEE IT WAS DELETED / OR NO CONTENT WAS IN IT. CAN I DELETE THIS NOTICE? One more thing. I just put my name in a wiki project for good articles. what do i do now?
