it was a vandalism thing that must have already been deleated.someone probably thought it was funny.- emopunk

The part on the end of the trivia about distinct Brian May influences should be removed at least until the album is released and we can hear the whole thing to judge this statement.

I'm not great fan of Ray, great band and his a great guitarist. But there is no need for this vandal crap. I fixed up the page a bit anyway.

Citations

There are absolutely NO references on this page, but nowhere are there citation needed notes, so... does this page need them? Should they be added? There are a lot of things missing; I just had to add the MCR box that is supposed to be on all MCR related pages. --Yunaresuka 16:09, 1 February 2007 (UTC)

Expansion

This page is in desperate need for an expansion... for someone with such a story to tell in such a famous band, the one sentence or so it's at now is... ridiculous. I'll be combing the page history to find more information with adequate sources, and I'll be on the lookout, so please, other editors... anything on a biography, any interesting facts about Ray with a reliable source- put it in! He had a lot of stuff.. someone must have deleted it all.

Legitimately diff due to WP:BLP concerns. When rewriting it, we really need to find reliable sources- the sources in the last version were only the MCR website (which at last check doesn't have anything on the members) and IMDB, which doesn't have much. The older version was longer, but poorly sourced. We need to find adequate sources, that aren't all from fansites. CattleGirl ^{talk | sign!} 11:14, 9 April 2007 (UTC)

There was a hell of a lot of info that I had written about his equipment which was well sourced from various interviews with Ray, himself (seymour duncan website, Total Guitar and Guitar World magazines, etc) and I took a lot of effort to write it all out properly. It kinda annoys me that anyone can come along and edit the info - deleting all that hard work.Vaxwell 18:13, 13 August 2007 (UTC)

Guitar info

This makes no sense:

"He plays a Gibson SG Guitar: SG Series, which has a mahogany body with a rosewood fingerboard. Ray has been credited as a "metalhead" by My Chemical Romance bassist, Mikey Way, for his love of bands such as Iron Maiden. He plays a Gibson Les Paul guitar which has a mahogany body with maple cap and rosewood fingerboard."

i would just like to note that this is possibly the most constantly and dramatically changing wikipedia articles i have ever visited, with the possible exception of the main page. i can't even explain all the different changes i have seen. this comment is rather unhelpful, but it expresses how funny i think this page is. MCR pages change SO much, I guess it's because of all the haters. That's also probably why the pages continue to get blocked... The only genuine information that's really needed is their:

• Full name
• Date of birth
• A picture
• Place of residence/birth
• Partner
• Other bands they're involved in
• Some background information, family etc
