IP Problems

If you block this ip then anyone using the ISP TalkTalk can't edit wikki (thats a lot of people) this is due to problems either with Wikki or with TalkTalk

It isn't just TalkTalk; several othersf are being routed through one IP only due to an IWF embargo.
