Frankie Jonas

Franklin Nathaniel "Frankie" Jonas is the youngest son in the Jonas Family. His older brothers - Joe, Nick, and Kevin - are all in the pop-rock group Jonas Brothers. Frankie is known by his nicknames, "The Bonus Jonas" [1] and "Frank the Tank".[1] At a his young age, he has already expressed a love of music, forming a band with his friends. The band's name has changed many times, from Hollywood Shakeup, to Drop/Slap, and is currently called Webline. [2]

Personal life

Frankie is close to his brothers. His brother Nick said, "Once I got comfortable with having diabetes, Frankie used to call me 'Pancreas Boy,' but he's the cutest kid alive so he can get away with it."

Frankie has made numerous appearances on stage with his brothers. A noted account of Frankie coming on stage is March 22, 2008 at the Izod Center during his brother's When You Look Me in The Eyes Tour where he said 'Sup'. He also helped his brothers with Love Bug occasionally during their Burnin' Up tour in 2008. (He said his favorite part was probably tap-dancing)[2]. He was on stage at Madison Square Garden on August 10 2008 in New York, NY [3] as well as Toyota Pavillion at Montage Mountain on August 1 2008 in Scranton, PA. [4]

He is a huge New York Yankees fan. [5] Frankie also likes playing the drums. Frankie's favorite color is red,[2] favorite movie is 'Get Smart',[2] favorite tv show is Phineas and Ferb,[2] favorite Jonas brothers' song is Live to Party, [2] and his favorite city is New York City. [2] He also says his favorite restaurant is Burger King he's also good friends with Madison De La Garza,singer and actress Demi Lovato's little sister.[2]

Acting career

Beginning in 2008, Frankie appeared as himself in the Disney Short Series, Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream, a reality show covering the bands time on the When You Look Me in the Eyes Tour. [6]

He is set to star in the Brother's film adaption of Walter the Farting Dog, scheduled to premiere in 2010. [7] He will also have a role in the upcoming Disney Channel Original Movie, Camp Rock 2.

He currently appears as a recurring character in the Disney Channel Original Series, JONAS, premireing May 2, 2009. [5]

Frankie has also been rumored to be cast in the English dub for the Studio Ghibli film Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea. He'll be the voice of "Sosuke".[citation needed]

Recently, Frankie was cast in a small horror film named The Monument. Frankie plays the part of Gregory, the son of a priest. The film is said to come out at some point in late 2010.[citation needed] Some of his brothers are said to have small roles in the film as well, although nothing has been confirmed.[citation needed]
