A fact from Nagarakretagama appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 4 March 2007. The text of the entry was as follows:

Did you know... that in the Old Javanese eulogy of Nagarakretagama, Kertanegara, the last king of the Singhasari kingdom, was deified into three deity forms (Jina, Ardhanarisvara and Shiva-Buddha)?

Manipulation of history

Dear users,

Can we write history without manipulation? I see there is a manipulation in this map of Majapahit empire. Based on Nagarakretagama, which is a reference for the making of this map, the manuscript does not mention Sunda (Kalapa, Pakuan and Sunda Galuh) and Madudura at all as part of Majapahit. See also Kidung Sunda article in wikipedia! Kidung Sunda tells that Majapahit failed to annex Sunda.
