What Lessig (no N) claimed was being the youngest member of a delegation (an alternate, like English) at the 1980 convention. As the convention was July 14, 1980, that means Lessig (no N) was 19. English claims to have been 20. As for citations, no idea. The position is an elected position, but I don't know of any URL to election results in 1980 in PA. |
