This user replies where he likes, and is inconsistent in that respect.
Please refrain from using the dreaded Template:Talkback on this page multiple times in the same discussion (I'll have it watched after the first template)

Thanks for the help - obviously I need some practice! :) Connormah (talk) 03:41, 4 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Ahaha. No problem. I did the same thing when I started out. Was going to ask on your talk page if you wanted to fix it. (I didn't realize I was doing it over you :P ) but I assume what I did was fine. Interface can be confusing at time >.> NativeForeigner Talk/Contribs 03:44, 4 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
No problem - it's all fine. Thanks! Connormah (talk) 03:46, 4 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks

Thank you for deleting the IP name. Could you also delete the edit summary for this edit as well?--Uga Man (talk) 06:14, 4 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

User:Igle Pigle

I see you've declined an AIV report for this user - we usually block evident vandalism-only accounts without the usual 4 warnings (it doesn't look like the user is here to contribute positively based on that diff). It'd probably be best to block in case the user comes back, but I can watch I guess. Cheers, Connormah (talk) 04:19, 6 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

On second thought - I'm going to AGF and give another chance, though I'll watch. Cheers! Connormah (talk) 04:31, 6 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Generally I'm of that mind set, but given that there was no vandalism after the warning, I was going to AGF. NativeForeigner Talk/Contribs 04:59, 6 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Good call. Connormah (talk) 07:12, 6 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

187.21.128.77

187.21.128.77 (talk · contribs) is a static IP and comes back sporadically - a long block would save problems, 2 edits today - so far. Dougweller (talk) 08:22, 7 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

ISR page

Pryan97 (talk) 05:41, 10 September 2010 (UTC) Hi! I've seen that the Institute for Strategy and Reconciliation page was deleted, and I'd like to make a new one (with many references - so that it doesn't get deleted again). It said to contact you if it includes similar content, and it's mostly the same except for phrases that were pointed out during the discussion in addition to some parts. I really don't want to see my work get deleted again, so any advice would be most appreciated![reply]

Mhcoord

Hey NF, are you going to run again for coordinator? Ed [talk] [majestic titan] 18:19, 12 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Still considering. I haven't done a whole lot for milhist, but I"m still borderline interested. I'm finally getting back more into content, and I figure I'll throw my name in. (Might as well). Just indecisive. I'll meet the deadline if interested in any case, if you ahve any input on what I should do feel free to say so. IN any case, I just checked out 19 books that mentioned the USS Washington. NativeForeigner Talk/Contribs 18:39, 12 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Sweet! Next time I'm home, I'll grab G&D so we can finish her off. The battle was probably the hardest part to write... we just have bombardments, convoying, and a collision to do. Ed [talk] [majestic titan] 00:16, 13 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, I think I"ll run. NativeForeigner Talk/Contribs 02:44, 13 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Excellent! You'll have at least one vote. ;-) Ed [talk] [majestic titan] 04:17, 13 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

First attempt at SPI

Hey there. Thanks for the nudge in the right direction. I could use a little help if you don't mind. I just looked at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Ksweith and blocked all the confirmed accounts. Is that the right way to go about it? Do we block accounts that haven't edited (in this case, SMA1989) even if they're confirmed? And what's the right way to handle that IP? Based on this edit they claim not to be the editor. Probably not going to indef block based on this, but the record is there, so if edits from that IP come through won't they just be blocked long term? — HelloAnnyong (say whaaat?!) 03:08, 13 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, generally you would block those without edits. Even I'm unsure on what to do with the IP, admittedly. NativeForeigner Talk/Contribs 03:49, 13 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

AN discussion notification

A general discussion at WP:AN#AfD's generally closed too soon also involves some of your edits. You are invited to give your view on this as well. Fram (talk) 11:45, 15 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The Milhist election has started!

The Military history WikiProject coordinator election has started. You are cordially invited to help pick fourteen new coordinators from a pool of twenty candidates. This time round, the term has increased from six to twelve months so it is doubly important that you have your say! Please cast your vote here no later than 23:59 (UTC) on Tuesday, 28 September 2010.

With many thanks in advance for your participation from the coordinator team,  Roger Davies talk 19:25, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
