How does X work?

Please help me get the article right rather than threatening to delete it. There is no information in the article that is not already in the public domain and no biased or personal comments either. I'd rather get positive help to get this right!

Bfritsch 20:03, 23 November 2010 (UTC) {{hangon}}

A tag has been placed on Elizabeth Fritsch requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. This has been re-written now!

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Elizabeth Fritsch, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.oakwoodceramics.co.uk/CatElizabethFritsch.htm. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.)

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 16:03, 4 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Elizabeth Fritsch

You should wait for others to write an article about subjects in which you are personally involved, instead of writing it yourself, as you did at Elizabeth Fritsch. This applies to articles about you, your achievements, your band, your business, your publications, your website, your relatives, and any other possible conflict of interest.

Creating an article about yourself is strongly discouraged. If you create such an article, it might be listed on articles for deletion. Deletion is not certain, but many feel strongly that you should not start articles about yourself. This is because independent creation encourages independent validation of both significance and verifiability. All edits to articles must conform to Wikipedia:No original research, Wikipedia:Neutral point of view, and Wikipedia:Verifiability.

If you are not "notable" under Wikipedia guidelines, creating an article about yourself may violate the policy that Wikipedia is not a personal webspace provider and would thus qualify for speedy deletion. If your achievements, etc., are verifiable and genuinely notable, and thus suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later. (See Wikipedia:Wikipedians with articles.) Thank you. Empty Buffer (talk) 16:19, 4 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yes copyright from www.elizabethfritsch.com is granted

If the article was created using text published at www.elizabethfritsch.com and you hold the copyright to the content and wish to license it freely so that Wikipedia may reuse it, then you need to follow the steps at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. Once permission has been verified the article will be restored. Please do not recreate it in the meantime. Thank you. VernoWhitney (talk) 21:20, 13 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Elizabeth Fritsch has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one.
