You Idiot, Koei Warriors's got there info from the video aswell, you just said yourself the vid isnt enough proof and then credit a site that is going by the video aswell... .. And that’s just showing me what i already know and am going by!, i have already mentioned that site plenty of times. And we are not talking about Assassins Creed, That’s got nothing to do with anything... We have seen the characters, they won’t cut them (Important aswell) for no reason... And Zhuge Liangs fan is shown at a part with Shu people.. Its easily him, it’s also his fan from Dw6... Why don’t you just let me run the character bit, none of you know what you are talking about. It's plain logic to think that they would be added — Liu Bei was the general of Shu for a long time, and has been included in the game for ages; as is Sun Quan. Also, it wouldn't make much sense to put the characters in the trailer, fighting against Xiahou Dun, and not include them in the game. Also, although we don't seem to have any evidence of Zhuge Liang in the game, it'd be pretty lame to remove him considering he helped in a considerable amount of battles; and the game stated that it'll extend past the battle of the Wu Zhang Plains, giving a hint that it will be in the game... would be pretty idiotic too to remove one of the most important battles as well lol. Anyways what sense would it make to feature these characters as a main part of the trailer and not include 'em? |

Article quality
It appears this article has been written by a non-native English speaker. Given the lack of information available with regards to the game and its fanbase being primarily in Japan, this is to be expected; the article itself needs to be updated, however. I will fix some of the spelling mistakes and general errors I can find. 77.103.28.19 (talk) 20:17, 20 October 2010 (UTC)
Actually, the English is fine — I saw no problems with the previous edits. In addition, Koei has not released any other information regarding this game; therefore, no edits about this game can be made as for now until the 26th of October when Koei does divulge said information. Yinyanglightningthrash (talk) 17:52, 23 October 2010 (UTC)
Cao Wenji
I think she should be noted as a new character in the series, as this is the Dynasty Warriors series and it is her first apprance in a Dynasty Warriors title game. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.21.196.236 (talk) 15:15, 10 November 2010 (UTC)
She was in Dynasty Warriors Strikeforce 2. Yinyanglightningthrash (talk) 20:27, 11 November 2010 (UTC)
Not really a DW game, just a spin off. It's debatable. Should put something to people who don't play spinoffs like myself also she is new, DWS2 doesn't have a page yet, and she's new to each game and should be noted. 82.21.196.236 (talk) 15:07, 12 November 2010 (UTC)
Wrong. She isn't 'new'. She isn't 'new' to the series. The other characters are because they've never before been playable. Strikeforce 2 doesn't have a page yet? That doesn't justify the fact that she should be put as a new character. Make one if you're annoyed. Anyways, The series is still 'warriors'. The game was dynasty warriors. Koei produces various series, and Strikeforce 2 was part of the dynasty warriors series. Continuing to edit just to prove a point will be reported as vandalism warnings. Yinyanglightningthrash (talk) 22:10, 12 November 2010 (UTC)
are you thratening me. Strikeforce 2 isn't out yet, nor have a page. DW7 is the only current artical noting her as a new character. Untill a SF2 page is up. Beside release date for both is march 2011, meaning she's a new character to both, at the same time. So she should be noted as such. 82.21.196.236 (talk) 15:27, 13 November 2010 (UTC) Cao Whenji is confusing, as it dosne't have a release date in EU yet, from the page i've read. It seems they come out at the same time, or around. She is new to both, and I think something should show this. I myself am an avid DW fan and have played them all. With both coming out. You can't go buy a game in which you can play her, yet and so is a new character, will you can. Despite when it comes out, she is new to the series, Strikeforce or not, people need to know this is when she makes her debute.82.21.196.236 (talk) 15:27, 13 November 2010 (UTC)
In addition, i can't find a euro release date, not NA. For all we know it may be only released in Japan and China. There is a lot more info on DW7 and her, than strikeforce 2. 82.21.196.236 (talk) 15:27, 13 November 2010 (UTC)
I swear it was released in japan last march? She was already playable so i guess that doesn't really make her new. 93.96.45.247 (talk) 18:02, 13 November 2010 (UTC)
Regardless, she was a playable character in Strikeforce 2; therefore she isn't denoted as 'new'. Pay attention to why you're edits are being reverted for goodness sake. You will be blocked from editting for a while if you continue to edit just to prove a point. Do you understand? Yinyanglightningthrash (talk) 18:08, 13 November 2010 (UTC)
My point is valid. Everyone I've asked of my mates, who are avid DW fans put her as a new character. 82.21.196.236 (talk) 22:07, 13 November 2010 (UTC) I've not seen a demo for SF2 and it is out the same time. More details follow on DW7 than SF2. She is new to both, and should be noted as such. Your way is causing confusion. Isn't wiki, to solve that and provid info on things. My info is more to the truth than yours. She is new to both games and should be noted as such. That is the only fair way to resolve this. I'm not editing to make a point, but to put for true info. As she is new to both, and their release date are around the same time. If you look at the amout of time between SF1 being released in Japan was around 4 months before UK. If that's the same with 2 she will be a new character to the UK series in DW& and this is the English WIKI. Stop threating me with banning.
Are you a fool? She was in Strikeforce 2. Pay attention for goodness sake. You're info isn't more 'truth' because she was playable before and isn't new. That's it – you'll be reported soon. Also, read what about editting on wikipedia... it doesn't matter if this is the english wiki; the game was released. You really are making a fool of yourself by the way, and the fair way to resolve this is to state true facts. I don't care what your 'mates' said, this is wikipedia, not your dynasty warriors fanbase. You edit what's correct, understand? SHE WAS IN STRIKEFORCE 2 AS A PLAYABLE CHARACTER. Wow... Yinyanglightningthrash (talk) 01:26, 14 November 2010 (UTC)
Characters
I'm not sure, and currently don't have the time to do so, but I believe some character that havn't been comfermed as of yet, have been added. I COULD BE WRONG! 82.21.196.236 (talk) 22:48, 13 November 2010 (UTC)
This is what I mean when you don't know how to edit. Wikipedia is not a place for speculation. No fan sites have confirmed these characters, so stop mindlessly editting. Listen. Please remove the speculative content you added, as you've added a lot and I'm unable to properly revert it/them. Thank you. Yinyanglightningthrash (talk) 01:23, 14 November 2010 (UTC)
The edits he/she was referring to, was not done by him. I have looked at the page, and am certain the table is not meant to be at the bottom, he fixed that situation and has been scolded for it. He didn't however, check character not added by him, but someone else, and posted here asking someone to do it for him, as he was troubled with other things. Simple. I think you owe him an apology for that comment, as everyibe is to edit, to make it better. Take a look at the page, you'll see the table at the bottom, and the characters he asked someone to verify re-added and not by him. Strikeforce 2 page Here, shows what I think this guy is trying to get across, about it not being released yet for many who will read this page. There should NOT be this amount of problems over a simple thing like this. You two are acting like children. To end confusion, many who will view this page, will have no idea about Cao Wenji being in another game. I agree with being a mega DW fan, and was always in question about her being a playable character, as I have every DW game and spin-off, even DW Gundam. Being to fair, to most who read this page, we should note, that Cao Whenji's first appearance in EU or NA game will be Dynasty Warriors 7, where as for a Japanese game is Strikforce 2. This will end loads of confusion, for many who don't look up JP games. I believe this to be fair, and the only way those who are confused to understand. For everyone who views this page, will be looking up info for the EU or NA version of this game, as Japan have their own Wiki. I, and obviously the other guy are ultra fans of DW and for us, her first appearance will be in DW7 as we can't go and buy DWSF2 to play her. All I'm saying is, just a little side note, like the one that states a new character to the series, to say her first appearance in a EU or NA game will be DW7 however, her first appearance in Japan will be DWSF2. Simple and will solve many disagreements. Thank you very much for your time. If a EU or NA release date is released before DW7 we just simply remove it and, reconfigure the page. This is a real simple edit, and I'm sure the manner in which both you are speaking in, is grounds for being banned, but I'm not going to report you, we should be able to solve this no problem. I'm not to good with editing, but try my best to resolve issues like this. So could someone with advance editing skills solve this issue for me, many thanks and please reply calmly not in a tine that comes over all high and might. I'm on with the both of you, it seems as if your screaming at each other. To end problems like this, do what I do and state how your saying your words. EVERYTHING HERE I MEAN IN A CALM MANNER, AND AM NOT SHOUTING IN ANYWAY AT ALL KCDavis (talk) 16:46, 14 November 2010 (UTC)
You can't report me for putting correct information... or for speaking in that manner. Your english is also appalling; I bet you two are the same people. You/him were stating that she was entirely new, which she wasn't.... Anyways, you put this in the wrong section. Yinyanglightningthrash (talk) 17:39, 14 November 2010 (UTC)
Please don't attack me, it's not nice. As for my English, I am a writer, studying in college, and have had raving reviews about my works. Initially I took his word for it, then decided to do the work for myself an research it. At first i found the release date to be 2011, and on further research found it to be 2010. A simple mistake, from an unreliable source. I thank you for fixing an edit, and am glad you and I plus him should all be happy. I believe all this came from a simple misunderstanding over the year. Looking it up on some sites it states 2011, not 2010. That's why my discussion started as such, then I looked closer. For us being the same person, I hope not lol. KCDavis (talk) 19:31, 14 November 2010 (UTC)
At least Devil Thunderbolt knows English pretty well. There is still a lot we don't know about for Dynasty Warriors 7. How about ending the attacks on each other's opinions and comments? Cai Wenji is new in the USA and Europe, but she is not new in Japan. End of story. Jeez, this is supposed to be a discussion, not an attack. User talk: 7GuanSamKai5Wildlife (User Talk: 7GuanSamKai5Wildlife) 21: 31, 28 November 2010 (UTC)
We stopped the attacks a while back, almost two weeks. It was sorted when I noted what you just said, And what do you mean by 'At least Devil Thunderbolt knows English pretty well' I am from England, born and proud. Devil (talk) 11:19, 30 November 2010 (UTC)
Hey, people! Listen up! Someone keeps adding Liu Bei, Zhang Fei, Guan Yu, Zhuge Liang, and Sun Quan as confirmed characters. Yes, Liu Bei and his brothers were shown in the trailer, but Koei DID NOT announce them, and Sun Quan and Zhuge Liang WERE NEVER announced! Edit it again and I will report an edit war. Kamek98 (talk) 21:43, 29 December 2010 (UTC)
Lui Bei, Zhang Fei and Guan Yu are confirmed because of the video... Sun Quan was seen on the same trailor and Zhuge Liang's Fan has been seen aswell on the same trailor... They are confirmed characters... For more info, visit KoeiWarriors... Thank You... (Koei does not need to confirm then when we have already seen them you muppet..) Video is not source enough. A video of Assassins Creed shows main character Altair with a crossbow, yet I've played it several times and never unlocked the crossbow. However, a fan dosen't men Zhuge Liang is in it either. Now with that being said, they are in fact confirmed for the game, and my prof is here, http://koeiwarriors.co.uk/dw7-gameinfo.php. To end this war, this is all that need to be done. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Devil Thunderbolt (talk • contribs) 14:14, 31 December 2010 (UTC)

Table
I've attempted to fix the table merge at the bottom but can't. I've fixed the characters, and added a rerfeance. Could someone more advance aid me, in moving the table to where it should be. Also attempted to fix the little squoble going on here. KCDavis (talk) 17:09, 14 November 2010 (UTC)
Fixed KCDavis (talk) 17:30, 14 November 2010 (UTC) Is this what you wanted to do. KCDavis (talk) 17:30, 14 November 2010 (UTC)
Shin Sangoku Musou 6
I typed this in and it didn't redirect to this page. I don't know how to fix it, could someone do it please. KCDavis (talk) 19:33, 14 November 2010 (UTC)
- Done. I've added the redirect ♠♠ BanëJ ♠ ♠ 07:09, 16 November 2010 (UTC)
Awesome, thanks KCDavis (talk) 17:05, 17 November 2010 (UTC)
Lu Bu, Diao Chan
The official Koei website has not yet published anything on the DW7 section, about these two character being part of the game. If you could please post a source stating they will be playable, would help. Many thanks. KCDavis (talk) 21:34, 18 November 2010 (UTC)
Updated with sources. Thanks. Yinyanglightningthrash (talk) 23:59, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
Can we use it as a reliable source, as somethings it stats are not on the official Koei site, and the Facebook page itself stats it's the unofficial, official Facebook site of Dynasty Warriors 7? Devil (talk) 13:56, 28 November 2010 (UTC)
You can't rely on the official site for everything, as they do not frequently update it. That's why there are many fansites that exist and a facebook page too, with real images of characters (mainly from Famitsu magazine). These are reliable sources. Yinyanglightningthrash (talk) 17:33, 29 November 2010 (UTC)
I was going with, anyone could have created it. Can we prove Koei owns the page? I bring this up, cause on their site, it's added the new Jin characters, but Lu Bu hasn't been added. I want to see him on the game, but I just don't get why they'd add the others but not him on their website. Devil (talk) 11:16, 30 November 2010 (UTC)
Actually, Koei may not own it, but the page itself does seem to be showing various images and information that are later confirmed on fansites. Yinyanglightningthrash (talk) 20:05, 1 December 2010 (UTC)
The most reliable source to go by when editing this page at the moment is the fan site Koei Warriors, which are getting there information from famitsu and Facebook (Which is indeed reliable, it is owned by Koei) the day or release... I advise anyone to edit using that website, they have a page with all the information, if it is not listed on that page, it has not been confirmed.. Thanks (^^Joetri10^^) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.210.105.112 (talk) 13:00, 16 December 2010 (UTC)

Yan Baihu should be added yeahh — Preceding unsigned comment added by Urmother12 (talk • contribs) 15:09, 18 December 2010 (UTC)
Please don’t change the page just because you want something/someone in the game... All characters from Strikeforce and Orochi (Including Fu Xi and Nu Wa) are Guest characters and Koei have announced NO Guest characters will appear.. This also includes cameos from Tecmo games such as Ryu Hayabusa.. Thanks (^^Joetri10^^) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.211.124.88 (talk) 12:30, 19 December 2010 (UTC)
