Justin Harper (born August 30, 1989) is a basketball player for the Orlando Magic. He played college basketball for the University of Richmond.

As a senior he was named to the All-Atlantic 10 First Team, along with teammate Kevin Anderson.[1] Harper was recognized as an All-Fourth District first-team selection by the National Association of Basketball Coaches making him eligible for the State Farm Division I All‐America teams.[2] Since the Atlantic 10 Conference was its own district, this is equivalent to being named first team All-Atlantic 10 by the NABC.[3]

NBA

On June 23, 2011, Harper was taken 32nd overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers, who subsequently traded his draft rights to the Orlando Magic for two future second-round picks.[4] During the NBA lockout, Harper signed with SIG Strasbourg in France's Ligue Nationale de Basketball.[5]
