== You're stalking and trolling now, and I warned you.... ==

I warned you against stalking, Laura...and you're wrong about "sources"... The wording is in the WP article itself on "Holy Roman Empire"...and the sources are all over the place... Women's national football teams by class

FIFA national women's football teams by class

Hi. The maps are hand curated. I'll get to work on a map for women's football teams ASAP per your request. I'll put it on the task force page once I've finished. Delsion23 (talk) 18:45, 12 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Here is the map, as promised. I've coloured the countries missing teams or articles in brown. I've added it to the taskforce page, and also added a progress bar for the project. Thanks for the appreciation :) I'm glad the maps are useful and hope this one is too. Keep up the good work on sports articles! Delsion23 (talk) 21:08, 12 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for minding the gap!

Mind the Gap Award
Laura, thank you, and a big congratulations to you, Beria and Beatriz for putting together a successful WikiWomen'sCamp! I can't wait to see the positive outcomes put into action and help where I can. Thank you for your volunteer efforts and for putting so much time and energy into such an event. And as always, thank you for minding the gap! Sarah (talk) 20:17, 4 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

DYK stats

Are there stats on who has passed the most DYKs? You must be near a record of some kind, from what I understand about the number of your DYK contribs. Pine 10:20, 11 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Stats are at Wikipedia:List of Wikipedians by number of DYKs. I'm not in the top 50 yet. I'm just a stats junkie. Hence all the stuff on my user page. I'm in many ways actually more proud of the huge number of spoken word articles I've done relative to a lot of people. --LauraHale (talk) 10:24, 11 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oops. So you're right. I looked and I'm 40th, 38th if you count ties. I might be able to crack 200 total by the end of June if all my noms move through the prep area and I nominate another 10 or so. --LauraHale (talk) 21:43, 11 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

AfC you might want to take a gander at?

Hi Laura! I stumbled across this AfC which appears to be about a women's sports team. Since you're our resident women's sports guru, perhaps you'd like to take a gander :) (But understandable, as we're all spread thin around here!) Sarah (talk) 02:05, 14 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Meetup

Hi Laura

I am still insterested in a Canberra meetup. Times for me would be Saturday or Sunday afternoon or possibly evening. I prefer a quiet venue where we can talk, so noisy bars are not so good! Especially bars with loud music. If you do something in the centre of Canberra it is easy for every one to get to. The outdoor places are pretty chilly now! So is the special event at your place is supposed to be an online instructional opportuunity rather than a general purpose meeting? Graeme Bartlett (talk) 06:45, 18 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Is the only Australian Woman paralympic shotput medalist in recent times Jodi Willis-Roberts? I thought I took a photo of a paralympic shotputter, but what I have does not match what you see elsewhere on the web.
And that Scope can be pretty busy on the weekend at lunch time, but they tend to shut down by 4 pm, so starting at 3 may not be enough time. 2 hours+ is better. It is not so easy to get to for those on bikes, foot or buses either! Graeme Bartlett (talk) 06:56, 18 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Very nice; thanks Laura. and for the record, because curiosity got the better of me, you do have more new articles than me now, but I still have more edits (not many more..), and I suspect that it wont be long before you overtake me on that useless stat too. Watch Dogs again

Hi, I just wanted to follow up on your message at Template:Did you know nominations/Watch Dogs. The broken link you mentioned has been replaced, among other things. Axem Titanium (talk) 13:33, 18 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

your articles on twitter effects

Good job & interesting, It seems to show that people are more interested in the scandal than the players, which does not surprise me. But I'm not sure that if you did the actual tests of significance all the effects would reach 0.05. DGG ( talk ) 19:50, 18 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

In these cases, the blog articles were actually expanded quite a bit. They weren't meant to measure anything beyond what they measured in a very, very limited context for the most part. (And the methodology behind them is almost more important than the actual results.) The whole population is known. Probably not very significant unless patterns emerge from other cases. --LauraHale (talk) 20:59, 18 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Saudi Arabia women's national football team

Hi Laura, done. I hope the team gets to play a match sooner rather than later. An article rename might be a good idea, per the AFD. Graham87 01:20, 19 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
