I'm currently a part-time graduate student at the [[University of the District of Columbia]]. I'm in their MSAS (Masters of Science in [[Applied Statistics]]) program. My thesis work concentrates on using [[Bayesian Statistics]] in the context of Disasters and Emergency Management.

I'm a programmer, Oracle DBA, and Business Intelligence guy. I lived 5 years in Barcelona, Spain, y hablo más o menos bien el castellano. També parlo el Català. Anque parlo un po' d'Italiano. I am married and have a boy named Daniel.

I created the Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System page.

I worked for TRF in Philadelphia, PA for two years. We relocated there after Hurricane Katrina.

Now I live back in Washington, DC, where I work for FEMA.
