I'm currently a part-time graduate student at the University of the District of Columbia. I'm in their MSAS (Masters of Science in Applied Statistics) program. My thesis work concentrates on using Bayesian Statistics in the context of Disasters and Emergency Management.

I was born in Texas, unlike others who were born in New Haven, Connecticut but claim to be from Texas.

I'm a programmer, Oracle DBA, and Business Intelligence guy. I lived 5 years in Barcelona, Spain, y hablo más o menos bien el castellano. També parlo el Català. Anque parlo un po' d'Italiano. I am married and have a boy named Daniel.

I worked for TRF in Philadelphia, PA for two years. We relocated there after Hurricane Katrina.

Now I live back in Washington, DC, where I work for FEMA.
