Welcome!

Hello, M.Renae, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Carol Kicinski, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may not be retained.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Tea House, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. The article Carol Kicinski has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

BLP - Notability and lack of sources that are independent of the subject.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Concerns regarding your edits

Hello M.Renae, I have some concerns regarding your edits to Carol Kicinski. While your edits may have been made in good faith, they appear to be overly promotional in tone and and have raised concerns that you may be a paid contributor or have a conflict of interest in regards to the subject. Please read up on the various policies regarding this issue, including those on proper sourcing, conflict of interest and paid editing before continuing. --Jeremy (blah blahI did it!) 20:58, 23 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

DRV question

I believe that the article's history has been restored so that people reviewing the deletion can access what was there. I believe standard practice would be to wait until that discussion concludes before making changes to the article. You could probably work up a version in your sandbox if you don't want to wait. Your version could later be pasted over the article (if it is in fact restored and possibly relisted at Articles for Deletion). I hope this makes sense. Have a happy every day. Candleabracadabra (talk) 14:27, 20 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your help, and yes it makes sense. I think I will wait to see what happens with the discussion before creating a new version, I'd rather just edit what I already have just to make it easier for me. Should I just keep checking the discussion page every now and then to see the progress? I'm assuming someone will let me know when and if it's restored so I can edit it right away, I would hate for it to be restored and I don't know about it in time to make corrections. Thanks again, --M.Renae (talk) 17:30, 20 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
