I couldn't find anything definitive on this. There are references to "Rockbridge Springs, Virginia", but I don't think that's a town. It seems that, in Goshen, Virginia, there's an alum spring called "Rockbridge Springs". In case I'm wrong, I've wikilinked it (red link).
