Page protection

The format I was using for the IMDb link was given to me by another editor who said it was the new way to enter the link. I never checked to see if it was working properly. I appreciate your making the corrections you did. However, may I suggest if in the future you discover someone is repeatedly using an incorrect format that you contact the individual directly and let him or her know instead of making the changes and hoping or assuming he or she eventually will realize what's wrong? Jonathan Frid - conflicting sources

This IP already had multiple blocks, and came off of one block to repeat the same kind of edits that he got blocked for in the first place. Because you didn't actually report him to WP:AIV, you had to unnecessarily deal with his vandalism for the past month. Far more infuriating than the user's persistent edits on video game articles are the user's edit summaries and numerous IPs (all of which trace back to Southern California/Northern Mexico)...
